I reached out to Done with Debt after an endorsement from Bill O'Reilly. My credit situation had become untenable, and I needed help.
I am very pleased that I spoke with Mike Jang, a financial representative with Done with Debt. We talked about my personal circumstances and how I came to be in the situation I found myself. He was empathetic and the penultimate profession. I was convinced I had found the right place to help me out of the malaise I found myself.
After reviewing all of my unsecured obligations, Mike presented the numbers to Done with Debt. Wow! Relief. A plan that gave me the ability to clear the slate with my creditors and find the breathing room I so needed.
It has been a month now and already I have my first settlement with a creditor. Massively impressive.

UPDATED: (Wow, after submitting this I got an email from them, then received two phone calls. One from the enrollment team and one from the legal team. They went over the status of my account and what the future plan is. These people are very, very good. I will sleep sound tonight! I changed them from 3 to 5 stars.) Initial review starts here: I would like to hear comments from people using this company for several months or more. People that are seeing their debt paid off. I signed the contract with them May 3. I do agree everyone was very friendly and thorough. It felt like a huge weight being lifted off my shoulders. Unfortunately since the intital process was completed I have not heard one word from them. I've called several times and sent emails requesting an update on what creditors they have talked to. What creditors have received their power of attorney. I have heard nothing back from them. This is making me very nervous. They were so professional with the sign up process that I just assumed they would be giving me updates on the status of my accounts. I am genuinely surprised they did not respond to my messages left. After all, they are collecting a decent fee from me for their work. They seem like very decent people. They must know the anxiety their clients have when coming up to two months in the program and it looking like nothing has been done.

Thank you Done With Debt, especially Mike J., for your respect, patience, and thoroughness. I feel confident that I made this decision in good conscience with full understanding of the process thanks to your explanations. I am a skeptic and trust know one, and I like to read and understand all the legal jargon I am signing (as everyone should). I appreciated that Mike was not pushy and made me feel like I was his only client. He eased my worries that they had my back throughout this process to get me debt free. The best part for me was knowing that I could pay it off early without penalty and that there was a legal team to protect me from my creditors IF by small chance it came to that. I know I made the right decision. I like so many Americans are struggling in this economy. Medical problems have caused me to be unable to work as much as I would like and the interest on my credit cards is making it impossible to get ahead. I am responsible with my money but have found myself in a situation where I just need a little help. Kevin has been very helpful through this entire process. Explained everything to me, and is available if I have any questions. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is since funds have been starting to be deducted from me, I haven't heard from anyone. I know it goes from Kevin to the legal group. I don't know what happens now and I'm getting a little concerned.

Thomas D made this entire process painless and super easy to get started. We feel very optimistic now about the future and feel like we have had an elephant taken off our backs. Until I heard about this company through LFA TV, I thought bankruptcy was our only option...so very glad it is not!
