I bought a hair dryer and styler from the Ideal Home Show and was told it had a lifetime guarantee.

It is now faulty with the motor losing power and giving off a burnt smell, so unfit to use.
I have kept my receipt, box and everything as advised by the sales advisor and emailed customer services. I received an automatic reply saying “Please be advised that we aim to reply to all emails within 24 - 72 hours.”

Two weeks have gone by and still no response. Only spent the higher price tag for such an item after being informed of such a good guarantee. No good if it’s not delivered!

Extremely happy with the item before it broke and now feel extremely disappointed.

The packing received completely squashed. The hair bristles were completely squashed. I emailed customer service and they said that was okay that's the way we send the packaging out!

Very nice hair dryer and softener

I purchased a hot brush from a sweet talking saleslady at an Ideal Home Show who assured me that the company would provide a two year warranty.
The hot brush has stopped working. I have attempted to contact the company by email but the emails just bounce back and there doesn't seem to be any other contact method!

Don’t waste your time. Delivery was awful did not reply to my message and quality is poor when it finally arrived

Originally received my straighteners without the adaptor. My review of 2 stars was based on that experience. Donna Bella got in touch to explain this was human error and sent me the required adaptor. Thanks Donna Bella the straighteners are excellent……Jane Boyle

Bought my curling wand at a wedding fair. Very pushy sales people and always wonder if you are walking into a scam. HOWEVER, the curling wand is amazing!!! My hair is looking the best it has ever looked every day. The curls don't always stay tight but it honestly reduces frizz so much. I never usually write reviews but I'm really amazed at this - it has done more than any lotion, potion or technique has ever done.

I recently purchased a cream and a face massage machine. The receipt claimed I had 30 days to bring the items back. I brought them back the next day, I didn’t even take them out of the bag they were put in when I purchased them. They refused to have them back. Started telling me they were In the sale and I can’t have a refund. I will contact my card company and the police

I had an issue with the company made worse by misunderstandings and communication failures but, following the personal intervention of the MD, the matter was resolved civilly and to my complete satisfaction.
