The colors came out wrong and when I tried to contact customer service twice, I never received a response.

I Ordered in November 27 and I Still Haven’t Received My Purchase And Christmas is in 7 Days!!!!

Worst customer service ever, if you want return something they will give you a hell of time.
I returned a product and I paid the return shipping from my pocket, then they charge me again 10$ for the return , I asked why they said this is the policy
And there product are not a wow any ways very expensive for no reason.
I won’t buy from them

I was very disappointed with the product. Not to the standards that I have gotten in the past.

I want to clarify that my experience was not a smooth one—I had significant difficulty obtaining a refund, and it only came through after I was persistent and vocal about the issue. It left me with doubts about the customer service process and the transparency of the brand at the time.

Since that experience, I have chosen not to make additional purchases. While I sincerely hope that others have a better experience and that the company continues to grow and improve, I believe it’s important for supplement companies to uphold the highest standards of customer care and scientific integrity—especially in an industry as large and unregulated as this one.

I wish DoNotAge and its customers the best and encourage ongoing transparency and responsiveness going forward.

So you know when you hear the words “It’s too good to be true” and you think to yourself well I don’t know about that. Let me assure you that it truly holds merit with DoNotAge. There are scratches on the front. I can not give this as a gift.
