Great presentation and delicious food. The rice was cooked just right and the chicken was moist. Tons of seafood in the paella. Great value for the price. The guests were pleased and still talk about how good everything was.

I have used Don Paella two times. Our first order was simply appetizers and finger foods. The meal was delivered on time and my guests loved it! Everyone was wanting more. Our second order was for a small gathering I was having at my home. I live in a condo so making the Paella here was impossible. They delivered it to me on time, fresh and it was decadent! My guests loved the meal and so did I for the next three days! Good prices, great food and I will do business again.

I had Don Paella cater and provide bartending services for a party at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism, friendliness, the quality of the food, and overall the way they made sure that I felt at ease. And, we had lots of leftovers, which were a special treat for the week when we did not want to cook!

This is the only Paella catering service that I can recommend. What they tell you you'll get is what you get; and then some. When they tell you when you'll get it, is when you get it. Not 10 minutes late or 20 minutes early. These are professional people who know how to cook and come with a bonus. They are warm, decent and personal human beings. Cant wait for the next one.

I had the pleasure of engaging Don Paella Catering Corp. for a party at my home. Both the chef and assistants were excellent! They were very professional and courteous with me and my guests. They went around and inquired how they could further ensure we enjoyed their appetizers and food. I can't wait to hire them again!

I'm booking them for my wedding because of the prices and good reviews online but they were almost impossible to get a hold of! We had to send numerous emails and call every day for weeks until finally getting a response. It's almost like they don't want our business or just don't have enough employees to answer the phone and dedicate the time that is needed.
