My parcel was returned, no payment or communication, some items were missing, I expect some payment for this!!

I sent off a large box of brass candlesticks old Cuttery watches old teddy bears etc. offered me £20. I had a sent straight back , I sold one of the candle sticks on eBay for £65 alone. Rip of company. Worse then vintage cash

Sent items off next day I get a call to say they have a quote for me I said yes money was in my account within seconds would use again

your service was superb your promise was kept and you gave me a fair return for the goods i sent you .
I would highly recommend this service compared to other similar companies don’t sit on it is by far the best and most honest

Everything done within a couple of days, easy to do and great communication in-between I would highly recommend using this service

Sent cameras and they offered a very poor price had to chase a few times as I had not heard.

Told to return items ...they did but half mine and half someone else's. Can't contact... Terrible

Extremely easy to use. Pop your goods in the secure insured package, free postage. Within days they will tell you how much and the money is straight into your account

Do not use this ccompany.Sent items on 9th October still not had offer. Checked with post office they received items on 11th October. I have emailed and messaged and rang the number but nothing.

Apparently from their continual adverts on the radio, gold prices have gone GALACTIC.. Gold prices are showing at a high of £67.80 per gram at the moment, having sent 8 grams of gold and a fully working Gucci watch they offered me £140 and seemed completely surprised when I asked for my items to be returned to me. Absolute RIP OFF, taking advantage of people who might be in need of the cash. I would steer very clear, if I could have given less than 1 star I would have.

Extremely quick, posted it less than 24hrs ago. Amazing and payment made whilst on the phone.

Very easy to deal with, from packing to payment only took a couple of days. Valuation done and money transferred in no time, I would highly recommend don't sit on it to anyone thinking about it, don't think about it just do it.

Two smartphones (one released 2022, the other 2019) in great condition, and they wanted to offer £5.10 for BOTH!
Complain about that, then they have the cheeck to offer £10. Absolutely pathetic.

Just sold one for £100 on Facebook Marketplace.

The only good thing about this company is the free postage.
Sent 14 items in to them. Including 3 steff kittens in boxes. Several limited royal doulton items with boxes and certificates. Plus a radley bags
Couldn't believe they only offered £47 for all 14 items really !!!
Did return the items the following week.
Have since discovered one item is worth £29 on its own.
Think they probably rely on people being desperate for money.
Would get more on Ebay.
Unless you want next to nothing I wouldn't bother 😡😡😠😠

When I sent of my goods I was unsure I was going to get any answer at all so I was amazed when I got a txt, although it was a day later than I was expecting.
I was a bit downcast at the amount I was offered, thankyou

Sent 45 items, offered £3.09p. I declined the offer and only received 37 items back. What a disreputable work ethic.
