Just had Stan at my door who was very helpful, I’m usually very dubious about door to door sellers but honestly he put me at ease and was very lovely and understanding. Obviously the change over hasn’t happened yet so can’t say for sure if this is a big impact for our gas and electric yet but I’ve been switched over from OVO to British Gas and saving £33 a month😮

Very friendly guy, not pushing. Was honest and open. Explained everything and if I didnt understand then went through it again. Didn't use jargon that i had no chance of understanding. Was helpful and understanding with me suffering mental health issues. Guy was called Charlie, deserves been recognition 👏
