Product is nice and good quality. However, I had to pay $61 CAD extra upon delivery (Shipped to Canada). I see it is very briefly noted at the bottom of the Q&A. I am honestly disappointed that it was not made clear on the site when purchasing. It makes it seem like they wont tell you until you are stuck with it. So all please be aware. Also, if you are shipping directly to the gift recipient, they would need to pay to receive the gift.

Easy ordering process for a wonderful product. And it was delivered in a timely fashion. But most of all the birthday recipient loved the music box workmanship and the tune I picked for it. I will be ordering from Donuma again!

Estimated for the product to be arrive on the 3/31 and it is now 4/10, still have not received anything. Contacted customer service couple of times and no one replies or answers! Poor service!
