Ordered a notebook on 23rd October
Ordered a notebook on 23rd October. Had an email to say it would be 2 weeks until they had stock. 6 weeks later, no notebook, zero emails. Sent 3 chase emails and had nothing back. Ended up having to go through paypal for a refund. Very disappointed, totally understand issues happen with stock but the lack of contact and response was not acceptable. Won't be shopping again. Interestingly they were showing the item as in stock on the website throughout this time period.

The product was great unfortunately I needed to put a different delivery address to the invoice address and despite 3 emails, all sent immediately after I ordered, I still have had no response. I know I made a mistake but it is disappointing that you have a contact us address but no follow up service level.

I didnt get a confirmation email from you that I had bought the item, so I was left wondering if the order would come as I hadn't bought from you before.

The item I wanted had been out of stock for quite a while in larger retailers so I was very pleased to find it in stock on this website. Delivery was very quick too! Will def be recommending.

Payment taken, products not sent, no contact from seller
I purchased two wall calendars for which I was immediately charged. The (paid for) delivery window was 48 hours. I have not received any dispatch note or responses from doodle & dot to my queries about the missing items. It is now 13 days since I placed my order.
Based on my experience I would not trust this seller

I purchased Revision Question Cards from this website. I made payment through Pay Pal. There was no shipping charges until I made the payment. They informed of shipping charges later by sending confirmation email. I could have bought it from other websites without hidden charges.
