Ordered a copper table lamp to match 2 others (floor and table) that we had previously bought elsewhere. The lamp was absolutely fine but, unfortunately the colour of the shade (and therefore the light) was different so it looked really odd in our room. arranged a return myself through Hermes. Despite other reviewers' comments on poor communication, I found that with regular communication and information from my side, John was professional and issued a full refund the day after receipt of the returned goods. I cannot fault his customer service and I would not hesitate to order from Dooley's again or recommend ordering to others.

We ordered stools which turned out to be not in stock.. took a bit of time to get a refund which was due to the guy being out of the country. We received all our money back plus were offered a great deal on other products at less than advertised price.
A sign of a good company is how problems are dealt with in my opinion. Problems can arise from anywhere and is not always something to do with the company you buy from. I am really happy how we were dealt with and would not hesitate to use dooleys again.

No communication what so ever with this company - website says next day delivery I have emailed them twice no response. I have rung them several time no one to picks up phone then goes straight to an answering thing ???? I have rung my bank as this could be a fake website - be very vary.

The stools we ordered are nice but the floor protectors that are stuck the bottom of the legs actually scratched our floor! I've since put felt on top of them. The delivery happened in the time stated but there could be more communication and greater information on the window in which they are going to deliver the items rather than a whole day needing to be set aside.
