You have the worst customer service of all. It is absolutely impossible to speak with anyone. I ordered a stroller weeks ago, I am about to give birth, and it is still not here. No one is replying to my messages, emails, phone calls, or the live chat.
Broke after a year of minimum use
I have the doo a trike, i very rarely use it, i pulled it out of the car today as i was unfolding it the bracket that folds and hold onto the back wheels snapped

Great customer service
Wow, incredible customer service. We have had our Doona x for just over a year and use it daily. The front wheel unfortunately cracked, I reached out to Doona to see wha could be done. They replied promptly, replaced the wheel super quickly and had it sent back to in just a few days. I already raved about the Doona x but matched with their customer service, it’s next level!

Product is great, but customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. All routes seem to be AI-manned, with no way to get through to a human. That would be fine if the AI used wasn't so rubbish. Would avoid purchasing from again which is a shame given the trike is good quality.

Fantastic. Bought my grandkids a Liki Trike in March 2025 and it is still fought over going anywhere. It might look like a gimmick but its very functional, small and compact to throw in the boot. Sun shade keeps them out of the sun but they have very brown hands! This is a must have pushchair they love to be in. It’s had so much hammer it had to go back to be repaired. Doona were extremely easy to communicate with, sorted it out and returned it in a few days. Can’t thank them enough. I’m always surprised when I get exceptional service, we all get used to being blanked or fobbed off. Thanks again Doona.

We had a Doona I and Isofix base. The isofix base unfortunately became stuck in our car so we therefore raised a claim via the online form with Doona. They were extremely helpful sending a video of how to remove it with tools and also sent a free of charge replacement which arrived 3 days after raising the claim form.
I would happily recommend this company to any of my friends and family and would purchase through them myself again!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered the Liki Trike S5 in Nitro Black Deluxe, however received a completely different item. I contacted Doona to resolve this and was advised the wrong/correct item could be picked up/dropped off on an arranged day. Despite trying to contact Doona via their email address, Facebook, Twitter and website chat service to arrange this I have receive no response since last week! I needed this issue to be resolved by Friday as it was a gift for my little ones 1st birthday! I have been totally let down and completely disappointed in the service I have received! I would avoid at all costs. From the other negative reviews everyone is experiencing the same issue.
Terrible customer service
Ordered the Doona Liki Trike S5 in May for £200. Used for less than a month and the brake pedal has broken and is no longer working on and off making the item unusable and unsafe.
I have tried for 10 days to resolve the issue with the retailer and have had no reply. I have now had to take this up with my bank.

Have been trying to return an order for 2 weeks with no response. Return process is terrible, you have to email them to ask for a return and then once told you want to return an order they ignore you. Wouldn’t mind but I’m only returning the item because I ordered it in error so I then bought the next model up from them too! Now I’m stuck with it and no way of returning as they don’t reply. Have emailed and filled out the contact form on the website. Steer well clear, terrible customer service.

The doona bike and parent handle are good products — my child really enjoys riding it. However, unfortunately, the handle was lost, and now the bike is practically unusable. I’ve tried to find a replacement: I looked on eBay, Vinted, the official doona website, Amazon — all without success. Sadly, customer support is unresponsive, and there’s no information on when the handle will be back in stock. It feels like there’s no real solution to this issue. It’s very disappointing, especially considering that by the time the handle is available again, my child may have already outgrown the bike. I’m starting to regret the purchase — perhaps I should have chosen a model with more reliable support.
Doona liki trike S1 review
Doona liki trike S1 review. This product is dangerous. My 2y olds foot slipped off the front of the pedal and got caught between the pedal and the floor, I only knew about this when he let out a scream followed by crying. After doing some research I found out that you can buy foot doona straps to stop this from happening but they come standard on the next model up. This is a safety problem and these straps should come with EVERY model! It would also help if these straps were ever in stock! This is a disgusting move from what turns out to be disgusting company, putting my child's health and safety at risk at the cost of a cheap bit of material. If it wasn't past the 14 days return policy this piece of dangerous junk would be going back. Don't waste your money folks, there are cheaper and safer versions of this product out there. Also, be warned, they don't publish bad reviews on their website.

Our trike has been an absolute hit, could't be without it, bought via babycentre, but customer service were very quick to help with a broken canopy.

My daughter loves the likitrike. The trike is not safe on public transport. The brake just does not work. But I am more than annoyed as I was sent multiple email to review the product, but when I gave an honest review the never published it and claimed 5 star whatever.. liars
