What I ordered was better than I thought it would be when it arrived and I was pretty impressed with the foto online. Order arrived ontime and checkout was easy. Have bought multiple door fotos in the past and will continue in the future.

WOW factor for your door!

So easy to order and the selection is great. I have several of their door covers and they are really nice. Easy to install and hold up really well. Love the latest which is celebrating out 250th anniversary. Great company.

My package was NOT delivered to me it…

My package was NOT delivered to me it was left on the street And when I contacted the merchant this is their rply: Joshua Christian (DoorFoto)

We have refunded you $69.99, even though this is a UPS issue and it is not our fault that it was stolen. We will not send another one as we don't want the expense of making another one, only to have the same thing happen as every DoorFoto is customer made.

If you plan on ordering another one and the same thing happens with UPS, we will not refund you the next time and you will have to file a claim with UPS and here is my reply Good afternoon,

Thank you for the update.

To clarify, my apartment number was clearly listed on the shipping label, and the package was not delivered to my apartment door or to any secure location. Regardless of the photo UPS provided, leaving a package on the street does not meet the standard of proper delivery, nor does it fulfill the delivery address as labeled.

I also spoke with UPS directly, and they acknowledged a delivery failure on the driver’s part for not securing the package. They informed me that only the merchant—your company—can initiate the claim. For your records, my UPS communication reference number is 0335253335, spoken with representative Himanshu.11/20/25 .

I truly was looking forward to the merchandise, and I appreciate the refund that was issued. I will not be placing future orders, and there is no need for further discussion. My first time ordering and my last very Unpleasant experience To add I sent photos of the failed delivery which was on the Street and a photo of my apt door which matched the shipping label NO where did they say they don’t refund for Stolen let alone Failed delivery And the correspondence from UPS Admitting they didn’t meet the obligation of delivery They need to update their policies I stand by my review

If you read her review, you'll see that it does not address the product itself or our return policy regarding stolen items. She ordered a custom product, which was unfortunately stolen from in front of her apartment building after delivery. UPS provided photographic proof of successful delivery, preventing any claim from being filed with them. Despite our policy clearly stating that we do not offer refunds for stolen merchandise when the carrier has confirmed delivery, we nevertheless issued a full 100% refund as a goodwill gesture.
