Unfortunately, due to the high volume of stock we turn over—thanks to our competitive prices—there are occasions when an item becomes unavailable before it can be removed from the website. This is why we advise customers during busy periods to check stock availability before placing an order.
We understand the frustration this caused, especially with the alternative not being the right fit and the delay in processing your refund. We're working hard to streamline both our stock management and refund process to prevent situations like this in the future.

OK but check what you get
Prices are still relatively low but are creeping up getting nearer to new stock from a UPVC supplier. Also, this time I was not supplied with window cills. My last 3 orders all came with cills. Cynically, I am wondering if they were removed so it would be an extra cost on top.

Red "art deco" composite door ⭐
Really happy with our experience with Doors 4U. Emailed enquiry was swiftly replied to and we were get up to date re delivery - on the day the delivery guy was lovely and we are super pleased with the door, just like it looked in the online listing but even nicer. Great service overall would recommend.

Had a door delivered
Had a door delivered, it wasn't the one we ordered but it just so happens we prefer the style, communication was there but quite abrupt messages not conveying a lot of information which leads to multiple back and forth questions and answers. Quick delivery, much quicker than first quoted but with short notice, luckily we were at home on day of delivery. I am giving 4 stars as we did change the order from the original and refunds went smoothly.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. I placed my order and was advised the next day when the delivery would be made and it arrived on the day. Carrier called on the day to advise what time he would arrive and duly turned up within the time slot.
No negatives from me.
