Faultless customer service
Excellent service with Bob. Customer service AA+++++. The door I originally chose was sold to another customer at the same time as me. The money was refunded to my PayPal account within an hour and Bob personally called me, sought the measurements I needed and did the sourcing for me. Whatsapped pics of various doors for me to look at. Couldn’t fault his 1-2-1 service. Highly recommend

Great service and price
Having been badly let down by another supplier for a front door to my house extension, leading to a 3 month delay on the project, I checked out the doors 4 u website and quickly found an ex display door that was exactly the right design and size. I ordered it on Tuesday, it was delivered to Cornwall on Saturday and it was fitted on Sunday. Great service, problem solved. Thankyou

Door came with no handle or lock
Door came with no handle or lock, sent another one quickly but did not fit , got the right one in the end , good response time in dealing with mistakes but can only give 2 stars as door was wrong size as well it had extensions on the frame
