Brilliant company - at least as good as Amazon when it comes to customer service. I judge a company by how it reacts when things go wrong and I made 2 big mistakes when ordering. Doorstoyou corrected both mistakes without fuss. I ordered doors that were too narrow and the company phoned me to double check because I had given a different size when speaking to them on the phone. Then, based on a mistake by my builder, it turned out that the "corrected" measurements were also wrong but by then the doors had been delivered. Doorstoyou replaced the doors without a fuss and charged a very reasonable restocking fee. The new doors look fantastic. I don't hesitate to recommend.

Really great company. One item I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer so they offered me an alternative, more expensive door at the same price as the one I ordered. Will definitely use again.

The doors were easy to find, with good descriptions and lots of choice. Good communication from Doors to you and the doors arrived in pristine condition. The only minor issue was the instruction to phone the hauliers on the day to get a more accurate estimate of arrival time, rather than 7am - 7pm. The phone just rang, put me on hold and then told me it was cutting the call as I’d been on hold for 15 mins!! Luckily I had e mailed the day before and had a lovely helpful reply so I knew I was 5th on the list.

The wooden bifold door is great BUT the installation instructions are complete rubbish. They are written for people that already know what they are doing. After a phone call we were emailed the “new” instructions which were no better but finally figured it out through trial and error. The actual door - no complaints at all. Well made and good quality.
