We had been planning to get new internal doors for some time so when we were recommended by a family member to try Door Warehouse we decided to pay them a visit. Door Warehouse has a good selection of door designs on display so you can see the quality for yourself. Dan was very helpful and advised us on what might be suitable and then left us to make our decision. Being a popular business a couple of weeks went by before they had fitters available, but the lads who came out to us were very professional and even tidied up after themselves. We did have a couple of problems -not the fault of Door Warehouse as they were manufacturing faults - and the after sales service was second to none with both problems being sorted to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. We now have beautiful new oak doors which have made such a difference to our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Door Warehouse to anybody wanting new doors.

Lovely door ordered in March but we initially had to wait for fitting as there was a problem with the machine at the factory. Fitting was arranged and the door installed in May. We paid the balance that day but on closer inspection the window in the door had marks inside the glass. There were no problems in ordering a new piece of glass but the fitter was then off due to illness so we had to wait for him to return and then he had s back log of work to clear up. The lock broke one morning and I contacted the company as my partner was locked out, they arranged for this to be fixed in the afternoon. Fortunately I’d managed to come home from work and get into the house at the rear. We had arranged a date a few weeks after the initial fitting to have the glass re done but we were asked two days before the visit if this could be done at the weekend instead. The glass was eventually changed and we are now very happy with our door. However, we feel that the level of service declined once the payment had been made as we seem to slip down the list of priorities. Perhaps we should’ve paid in instalments instead?

I truly recommend Door Warehouse, especially if you wish to have a sliding door, which can harder to come by then you think! Communication was fantastic! I spoke with Dan, he listened and responded amazingly. Even when I hesitated with measurements he helped me by getting someone out to do it for me.
The two men (Darryl and I didn’t catch the other mans name) who fitted the door were efficient, polite and tidy.
Fantastic job throughout and I am absolutely thrilled with my new door, I will happily be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you very much!!

These guys are brilliant. I thought I had a problem with a door that was an odd size. They talked me through what was possible and hey presto delivered exactly what I wanted at a great price.

Door Warehouse (Deeside) have done a great job - excellent in fact! From start to finish, everything they said would happen, did happen and delivery was bang on time. The result is a beautiful new front door, with heaps of kerb appeal. If you *don't* want pushy salesmen or tricksy prices, then Door Warehouse is the company you should choose. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

overall ok but with a few issues.
The sales side was excellent, informative, helpful.
arranged a fitting date. no confirmation near the fitting date that it was actually going ahead, had to ring up to confirm. fitters contacted me on the morning saying they were running slightly light, but 1.5 hours later than the allocated time, they turned up. door fitted great, no issues, but they left a mess outside, plastic trim, spacers, old silicone over the decking. Paid for 3 key blanks, but didn't turn up, were not posted out quickly, had to arrange to collect.
Overall the door is great and we are happy, but a few issues that they could do better next time.

Replaced front and back doors with composite from Door Warehouse Deeside and the service was first class Tim and Dan really looked after us. The quality of the fitting was excellent I had decorated before the fitting as we had visitors coming but John left no trace at all we had nothing to do but turn the key. Thanks everyone for the fantastic job will definitely be recommending you!!!

I found the whole experience of choosing the door and arranging the fitting ran smoothly. The fitter was very amiable and a very clean workman on the job. The Rockdoor is great and it looks good in its setting. It not the first time we have used, Door Warehouse from Deeside and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
