We were assisted with our order by Ian Parr who was very understanding of our needs and the products and took the order efficiently and friendly and make every stage clear. We always get our home furnishings and carpets from Doorway to value the service and after sales are excellent

We visited many sofa stores before we went to Door way to value. We found them to be the best to deal with. Jason and the other salesman where very knowledgeable Nothing was too much for them. Jason was very helpful and made the sale very easy.

David Thomson made us very welcome and explained in detail the options for the items we were thinking of buying. It was very good service.

We were left to have a look around when we first went in just approached by one Salesman to check we were ok. We bought a Parker Knoll sofa, recliner chair and stool and helped by Steven Corns who was a brilliant salesman and very helpful without being pushy. We have used this company quite a few times and the service has always been first class.

We absolutely love our bed, it came yesterday and the men did a fab and quick job putting it together. Karolina was very helpful throughout the process, which didn’t take long!! She was fab in helping us choose the right mattress and helping us look at our options. She kept us updated and booking a delivery slot was hassle free. Thank you so much!

They have nice brands, helpful staff, I just think they missed a big opportunity when building their extension not include a coffee shop. That said, David made us drinks and has kept us updated on progress of our order. So far.. very good.Thank you.

We visited the shop 3 times in 3 days to measure up the furniture we wanted, to double check if we really liked it and if it was as comfortable as we thought it was the first time and eventually to actually buy the furniture. Each day Karolina welcomed us with a smile, answered all our questions and went out of her way to ensure we made the choice that we were comfortable with. Great service all around.

Dave Thomson was everything a salesman should be. Friendly, obliging and extremely knowledgable. Gave one confidence we were choosing the right chair, and even made us a coffee.

Visited Doorway to Value today to look for a new mattress Was greeted by Karolina to see if we needed any help which after looking round all the beds on offer we told Karolina our needs.
Tried three and made our decision.
The price was right free delivery.a free mattress protector and also covered by staingard a good deal all round
For a small charge they take away the old mattress

No pressure sales from Karolina. She knew the product and allowed us to view the stock at our own pace

We were treated in a very professional, knowledgeable way by David Thomson who took lots of time to show us various options of adjustable seating.

David was extremely accommodating and helpful in relation to questions relating to the choices and order in respect of the dining table, Chairs and Breakfast bar stools we ordered. Very pleasant to deal with and has since updated us on the delivery status - thank you David !
