As previous customers we knew what to expect and weren’t disappointed. We were looked after by Danny who was really helpful and made us feel at ease his product knowledge was excellent and I would recommend Doorway to Value as a great place to visit

Fabulous service from start to finish from both Kelly and Danny. Nothing was too much trouble and Danny gave us his full expertise when it came to selecting our new sofa.

Great experience once again from Doorway to Value. Excellently looked after by Steven who offered great impartial advice and a cup of coffee. Lovely store with wide selection and range of manufacturers. We happily recommend to family and friends.

Danny couldn’t be more helpful - from the warm welcome and brew he sorted on arrival to the sale at the end he was attentive whilst not being pushy.

Danny brought chairs from all over the store so that we could try them with the table we had chosen - provided details of the things to consider with each design of chair and worked out the the total price for the 3 we narrowed it down to (both with material and leather upholstery).

As a returning customer the discount scheme really helped and he was able to add a few small extras (that we would have been looking to purchase).

20% deposit secured the deal and as we are in the middle of build Danny is arranging for the items to be stored when they arrive until they are needed.

Couldn’t ask for anything more - great service from Danny (which is the same service we have enjoyed in the 40 years we have been doing business with Doorway to Value).

Having bought sofas and carpets from Doorway to Value last year we immediately returned there when shopping for a Stressless chair and carpet. We visited on Sunday last weekend and once again had excellent service. We were guided through the products on offer by Peter Williams who was extremely helpful and we are pleased with our choices. Time for my husband to decorate before they are delivered.

Would highly recommend Doorway to Value if you are considering buying new furniture. The Sales staff are both knowledgeable and professional and should you ever have an issue with an item arriving with a fault the Customer Service team work alongside the Sales Managers to rectify your issue as quickly as possible and this high level of customer service is something which sadly seems to be lacking in many other companies at the moment . This high level of customer service provided by Doorway enables you to buy with confidence.
Thank you to Jason Breeze who assisted us with an item which had arrived with a manufacturing fault and helped us in choosing an alternative item which was suitable for us. We were given further advice regarding the care of the product and delivery. Having purchased many items from Doorway it is also our experience that the Delivery Team are friendly and take great care when delivering items to your home. Thank you to Jason and to the other members of staff who have assisted us over the years at doorway. Do take the time to visit yourself and they will make you a nice cup of tea or coffee!

There was no pressure to buy and was left to browse but was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions. All staff in store were very polite. We have used this store several times and have always been very satisfied with the service and the very helpful staff. Yesterday was no exception when we went to buy a new bed. Karolina Wylezek was very knowledgable about all aspects of the beds and was very helpful in helping us to choose the most suitable bed for us.

15 years ago I bought a sofa and chair from doorway to value. Living with three springer spaniels it has had a hard life so the time came to buy a replacement. We went to the store where John Edwards listened to our very specific requirements and showed us several ranges which fitted what we wanted. He was patient and knowledgeable and help us settle on a new sofa and chair, as always it was the first one we had sat on when we entered the store. We are now waiting for delivery and would highly recommend doorway to value and especially John.

Doorway to value is our go to for all our furniture and has been for the past 14 years since we moved to Chorley.

We visited store again last week to purchase furniture and as always the process was flawless. From choosing, to ensuring the order was correct and being advised of delivery times.

We have always dealt with John Edwards who can't do enough to help. Nothing is too much trouble and he always goes the extra to ensure we are happy. We never feel rushed and there's always a cuppa to be had.

I'm sure it won't be long before we are back!
