Highest quality and very reasonable prices good service

Beautiful door, excellent quality and service from Glasswin. I was looking for Aluminium door options as they are modern and strong compared to composite door. Went to few places but not happy with the designs and quality. Found Glasswin via Google search, videos on youtube was really useful and made decision to visit this guy. Booked a visit to showroom, nice presentation and all options (Golden, Silver and Diamond series) with features were explained. Impressed with first visit, no second thinking. I ordered Anthracite gray Gold series (Schuco) door with customise side light with matching lines. Estimated 5-6 weeks delivery. A technician came for measuring the door opening and confirm all on the quotation before ordering. I was contacted 1 week before door delivery to block the date for door fitting. On the day of fitting, technician came with paperwork and verify the door was of same design and no damages. 5-6 hours the door fitted by this experienced and well mannered guy. Friends and family who saw the door are well impressed. 100% recommend Glasswin doors.

We renovated our house and bought a platinum series aluminum door from glasswin in early 2023. We were looking for a high quality, modern looking door with very good insulation and glasswin's quote was the most reasonable one. On top of that, their communication and service exceeded expectations. CJ went above and beyond to help us with not just the door but also other things related to the renovation. They were always easy to reach, answered every question in detail and delivered the door before time. I would definitely recommend glasswin to anyone looking to install a new door.

I had decided to renovate a very tired and old PVC door due to its appearance and its lack of thermal efficiency. The door was also not sufficient in terms of security. After some research, I decided to opt for an aluminium door due to its thinner frames, high security and overall contemporary aesthetics. The powder coating is very weather resilient and from my research, I believe the door will be much more durable than a UPVC alternative.
Glasswin was chosen due to the high quality of German manufacturing and the relatively competitive price compared to rival brands. CJ from Glasswin UK was incredibly attentive and kept me notified of the ordering process the whole way through. The process for ordering the door was great. The only caveat I would add is that you should ensure you arrange your delivery and fitting in advance of the order as I found it particularly difficult to source a reputable fitter due to living in a remote area. Once a reputable fitter was established the rest of the process was straightforward. the fitter had 20 years of experience in fitting doors and was particularly impressed with the quality of the door, in particular the high quality of the glass. I would highly recommend a Glasswin aluminium door.

After months of searching for a front door that has a modern contemporary design and easy to manage locking system, I gave up. Because i wasn't finding the appropriate design and quality and I didn't want to settle...this was until I came accross one of CJ's insightful youtube videos and followed up with a phone call. CJ was extremely professional and answered all the queries that had been on my mind for months. CJ has a variety of doors to choose from and also happy to customise as required. I opted for a front door with two sidelights. It looks amazing and I've had lots of people asking where I got the door from. I went for aluminium because I always wanted an aluminium door because of its durability and look. I made the best decision to go with Glasswin and I have absolutely no regrets. It's been a great experience with complete piece of mind. If you're a perfectionist like me, then you're in the right hands. CJ made the whole experience from consultation, choosing a design, ordering, delivery and installation so easy and so worthwhile. The customer service is the best. If you're like me who likes to ask questions and ensure all doubts are erased, then you're in the right place. CJ will answer your queries and draw your attention to things you haven't even thought about. The level of attention to detail is extremely high. Delivery was on time and installation was done very professionally. After months of searching, I couldn't have made a better choice than Glasswin.

I wanted to replace my front wooden doors to aluminium doors. I just googled aluminium doors and came across Glasswin. I contacted C J and explained exactly what I wanted. After much consideration and going through options of different style doors I found the door I wanted. It is a solid door which will need no sanding or painting. I have much more light coming through now and am very happy with my new door.

Having had my kitchen door replaced I wanted to get the front door replaced. I contacted CJ at Glasswin and his colleague Michael measured the door, we discussed options and styles and I was sent a quotation that reflected my wishes and I accepted the quotation and installation proceeded. The door is excellent, so much more daylight into the hallway without compromising security and absolutely no gaps so better for my heating costs. It looks excellent and I am very pleased

Glasswin know their doors. They took time to explain the differences between different door types. We ended up choosing an aluminium door as it’s much stronger and long lasting than typical wooden door.
The product came on time, and finish was excellent. Very happy with the purchase.

Outstanding quality. Excellent care and customer service from CJ. Being Swiss I was looking for great insulation, perfect aesthetics and attention to detail… i was nervous buying a product I didn’t see in person before (we installed the new door in 2020 during Covid time…) but I love the door every time I see it! And we have reduced the output of the radiator in the entrance area since we have the new door. Very happy!

We have just changed our Front Door and chose Glasswin and are really happy with the service and the result. We decided on Glasswin because of the door designs, the overall door frame and side panel being one piece (rather than bolted together), the ability to choose a RAL colour and the U values that they achieve.
We chose Aluminium because of its quality and looks and also because it is completely recyclable down the line. We didn't want to use Composite as it's difficult to recycle at the end of its life and wood needs ongoing maintenance and can expand and shrink.
We are located in the North West (Formby) and at first didn't know if Glasswin would be able to provide a solution for us but they operate all over the UK and their fitter delivered the door and did a brilliant job fitting. The short lead time from order to delivery was great.
From the first contact, the customer service was excellent with CJ providing loads of options and flexibility and suggesting ideas to help us finalise the design based upon his experience.
We are extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Glasswin to anyone.

The quality is great, the paint finish is perfect. I was worried about the tuff textured finish when purchasing, but it is great. The aluminium windows on my house have been marked by builders but the doors survived 12 months of builders bumping into them and they are unmarked. This option is standard at glasswin where other companies charge for it. CJ insisted on it, and I am glad I took he’s advice. CJ was great start to finish, most companies are friendly and helpful until they have your money but not CJ he goes the extra mile to make sure he’s customers are happy. I pestered him with so many questions and he would always reply 24/7 to put my mind to rest.

I damaged the door threshold by clumsily dropping a massive tile on it. I was devastated. CJ managed to order just the threshold for me and hand delivered it free of charge.
This was long after the purchase!
I was shocked how good he’s after service was.
I have lost count how many compliments I have had on the doors from passers by. 👌👍

Have just installed my new front door from glasswin,absolutely delighted with product and service received,I am a builder and have experience of the pitfalls of purchasing product’s online but let me assure you can’t go wrong with glasswin.CJ who we had contact with is professional and knowledgeable he will take you through the ordering stages making sure you get exactly what you want, for me our door and side light were custom made and was advised a lead time of 6 weeks from Germany but arrived to me in 4 weeks ,great service and price and fully recommend mr and Mrs roles

Loved the door . It has changed look for our house completely . Was looking for composite doors before and I am glad I selected Glasswin Aluminium Front door . It’s not just beautiful to look at but also very strong too. It’s the best quality I have ever seen . I have to say Glasswi explained us all series in detail and all that time spent was worth . We choose Gold Reynawrs Series for us .
