Doorwin Windows is a Scam

Doorwin Windows is a Scam
This company is a scam. FAKE FACTORY! It claims a manufacturer, while they are not! ONLY A SMALL TRADING COMPANY WITH NO SERVICES!
Zero value, do not buy!
Customer service is zero, no refund.
Well it was a lesson worth 5000$. Could be worse :(

This is a fake review. It only takes a minute to check the NFRC certified products directory to confirm that Doorwin is a real manufacturer. One can also contact NAMI for confirmation. We can be located under "Shandong Doorwin Construction Co. Ltd". This user has one review and poor English. We suspect it was created by a competitor.

Ordered a house lot of windows.

Ordered a house lot of windows.
All turned up correct in size.
Two were damaged at manufacture in the factory causing them to leak. Factory sent replacement frames but did not contribute to cost of removing faulty and fitting replacement windows.
Some sliders were assembled incorrectly in factory, took us a while to figure out what they had done wrong. Some windows were damaged in transit, but no replacement or repairs were supplied. We did have shipping insurance but they would not fix.
There were parts missing, which were eventually supplied with the replacement frames.
Drain holes are poor and frames fill up with water which leaks into the building.
Exterior seals to glass are not up to task and when i challenged them I was told to apply silicon around the exterior rubber, again a poor solution.
They used scraps of polystyrene to space the glass off the frame, should be rubber blocks, poly will not last.
Design is OK, build average, would not use again as guarantee is worthless. Would not recommend.

I attempted to contact Philip to address the issues but he did not respond to my request. We don't use polysterene foam to space the IGU. We use a polyamid glazing block, per industry best practice.
