Great service, great kit. Can’t beat their gear for winter sports. Well made and at a sensible price unlike inferior brands that are over priced.

initially had a frustrating experience with Dopesnow when an order with an incorrect price (189 zł instead of 189 euros) was accepted and then confusingly cancelled. However, Dopesnow managed to turn the situation around impressively.

Despite the initial miscommunication, they addressed the issue proactively by sending a discount code worth 580 zł to all affected customers, which can be applied to any product, not just the previously ordered ones.

Their way of resolving the problem was commendable, showing that they value their customers. While the initial experience was confusing, their subsequent actions restored my faith in their service. I would recommend Dopesnow based on how they handled this situation.

I recently bought the hiking-light jacket. I'm really pleased with it, very good waterproofing, lightweight and a great style/colour. I bought a large to fit over my down jacket and it's great. Would highly recommend, especially for the price. Similar style items were much more expensive or not fully waterproof.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Cozy II hoodie - so much I bought the Montec version in another colour the next day!!! It's going to keep me so warm when I'm hiking in Cumbria later in the year.

Please bring out a 'smock' version of this hoodie - having side zips would be really useful for getting in/out of the hoodie when it's layered over other fleece.

Delivery times were great as well - only niggle was UPS service.

I've had deliveries from within my city take longer to arrive, but my Dope shipment only took 7 days to cross the world to lil' ol' NZ.

I bought the overtrousers and they're just what I wanted - practical, high quality and look great.

Nice to get some post-sale follow-up and engage with their awesome support team.

Yooo this company truely is dope!

Was a little nervous ordering something from overseas with quality and reliability, shipping etc especially living in little ol’NZ.

But it took less than a week to get here!! Unheard of!

The product is bloody banging! So comfy, true to size! So warm 😳 Only need a tshirt under the jacket. Absolutely in love!!!

Also packaging!! No plastic! Love it.

We bought my son a snow boarding jacket - love the style, however after a week of use we noticed a small hole on one of the front panels. A shame the jacket was clearly defective as we wouldn't expect this to happen after such a short time frame. Customer service offered a patch to repair the defect or 10% off. Other established brands would replace without any quibbles, so their response is a great shame. We will sadly not be buying from Dope again.

Sorry this isn't a review but a question for anyone who uses the Dope Adept jacket. Does a medium Smith helmet fit comfortably under the hood? Is there room to swivel your head around without restrictions? Thanks

Dope snow is a great company to work with! They have super cool gear and FANTASTIC customer service. I had a little problem with my order and they remedied the issue with great speed and efficiency. They reply really quickly also. Great experience. I will order from them again.

I ordered the Blizzard W Full Zip and unfortunately when it arrived, the left sleeve was faulty so I couldn't wear it. I contacted the team at Dope Snow and they sent out a replacement jacket for me straight away, all I had to do was send them some pictures of the faulty product. Most companies would make you wait until they received back and inspected the faulty item before they send your replacement, but not Dope Snow! Their customer service was 2nd to none and I received my fully working (and extremely stylish) Ski jacked before Dope had even received the old on back. Thanks Dope Snow for your great products and for your 10/10 customer service!

Borrowed one of these from a friend for a few days skiing as my stuff was in storage.
Hated the design of the jacket (annoying to get on and off), got cold really quickly and pretty wet on a snowwy day. I would not recommend this jacket.

Really nice panse. Sizing guide is bad. Sized me 2 sizes too low. Bad customer service, they told me I had to buy new pants and could not accept the return or exchange. OK -- so I ask for at least a small discount on a new purchase... Since I cannot return the wrongly sized panse.... And they say this is impossible and I would have to pay full price again. Jerks! I like the panse a lot I really do but I just felt really gouged and that they gave zero empathy about the bad experience a new customer just had.

Update: Scott took over and was able to give me a full refund/packing slip for return and also gave me free expedited shipping on the replacement order.

It worked out! Now I can give them 5 stars instead of the previous 2 stars :D

Orderded size M male ski trousers after using the size guide. I also ordered them because they looked fairly slim fitting. They are absolutely enormous. The bottom of the trousers could cover 2 pairs of boots. They are also based in Sweden which is not made clear so if you order from UK it has to ship overseas. Will be sending my order back immediately, really not happy.

Delivery not even attempted and sent back after multiple phone calls! Delivery process is a total joke! Hours spent on the phone, tons of arguments and a trip with no gear!

Super fast delivery, excellent customer service and the quality of the jacket is just outstanding! Honestly, my daughter can't wait to wear it on the slopes!!! Thank you so much. Definitely will return!
