A buckled wheel.
As a result of an incident that occurred in August 2015, I was contacted by Oxfordshire County Council in the December of the same year to contact this company. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who told me it did not concern them, quite rudely. I then went over to their office in Upper Heyford, by bicycle, 7 miles away, to try and see if I could get any further, and was met with the same person, who reiterated the same point. I left and on the way back home through countryside, a Range Rover which had been parked outside their office tried to force me off the road into the ditch, damaging the wheel.
