My daughter loves the products but when I ordered it it said it came with a free gift (I believe it would have been a satin scrunchie) but it didn't when I followed up with them they said they ran out out and gave me a discount code but as I wasn't ordered anything else it felt a bit of a scam.

After buying three masks, four pillow cases and the PJ’s, I can really say that I am a big fan of Dore & Rose. You have to be a little bit patient around shipping, but it is worth it. Last time even received a mystery gift (scrunchie). Overall great!

The scrunchie is cute. I think the best item was the sleep mask. It is way bigger than the dollar store ones and completely block any light. The pillowcase is oh so soft.
Overall sleep is improving!

I bought Dore & Roses twice. First, a pair of sleep masks for me and my husband, along with a hair scrunchie. I should mention that I've bought SO MANY sleep masks before, but none compare to these. The Velcro makes it a perfect fit (not too tight or too loose), and OMG the quality and softness of the silk, how perfectly put together, and the COMPLETE blackout... literally the best purchase. The second time, I bought this because I gave a sleep mask to a friend, and she's also fascinated with how perfect and soft they are

I think the product is to an incredibly high standard and I also received a complimentary silk scrunchie, which has subsequently become lost when I was moving, but I was using it prior, and given that I have extensions the difference it made to my hair quality while I slept was amazing.
I did find the delivery of my first product that I bought took a longer period than anticipated, but what reserved my opinion on the company was the fact that when the matter was raised, it was dealt with immediately, and in an extremely friendly and efficient manner. I just felt really valued as a customer and that they were taking my issue seriously and looking to rectify it with urgency.
The product is amazing. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin around my eyes, and I am having such better quality sleep it is amazing. If they offered a full facial mask (obviously with nose and mouth gaps), I would be all over it given that my skin feels so much better.
I have subsequently bought two more sleeping masks; one for my son, and an extra one for myself. My son has ADHD and so finds it super difficult to sleep, but with the Dore & Rose mask he has been dozing straight off. More ADHDer moms should check it out. And soon :)

I ordered from you since my coworker recommended you. I had some concerns about the delivery and quality itself, since i have never heard of this store before, so I contacted to customerservice via email. Meys answered to me really quickly (within a day) and told me that the delivery was on the way, even when i didn't recieve the confirmation about it. Confirmation came about 3 days later, but thats okay. I expecte the delivery time to be much longer than said, because I live in Finland. For my suprice I received the item within 10 days and another happy suprice for me was that the courier company used in finland was Budbee and not Posti.

Then the products themselves. I ordered Deepsleep mask and scrunchie and love them! Masks really do block the ligh 100%! It stayed all night long and feels so soft in skin.

I will be ordering again for sure and if u ever decide to have hairbonnets in your collection as well, let me know! I will be first in line to order since i havent found trustworthy seller in EU yet.

I have tried so many different brands for silk pillowcases and WOW this is byyyyy faaaaar the best brand I have ever come across. My hair and skin were so much healthier after purchasing the dore & rose pillowcase, eye mask and scrunchie. I am never going back to anything else. This is such great quality. I really do recommend hand washing your items with special laundry detergent (very gentle) it keeps the quality of the silk.

My first order arrived very quickly, much faster than I expected (I am in France). With quality packaging. The silk is really soft, and yet not slippery. The mask envelop my face in a cocoon of softness and peace to fall asleep. I was afraid to feel too hot with it, but not at all. My skin breath well. I've also bought a scrunchie, and I love it !! No more hair loss in the morning, it is very gentle to my hair during the night. I recommend purchasing this brand.

Beautifully package and arrived promptly after ordering and I was kept informed of the delivery progress I have purchased the pillow cases in the past and they wash well This time I ordered the set with eye mask and scrunchie it is almost too lovely too use It would make a amazing Christmas present

First of all, much praise to their customer support! My initial order was falsely marked as delivered by Amazon Shipping while I never saw it to this day and their support was absolutely lousy. However, I contacted Dore&Rose after that. Their customer support (I interacted with Sophia) treated the situation with empathy and respect and, to my surprise, they offered to send me another order. That one eventually ended up in my hands, which takes me to the second point.

The presentation/unboxing is compact and elegant. The quality of the box is so good that I'll keep it to store other stuff.

Lastly, I love the quality. I ordered the combo with the scrunchie, eye mask and pillow case. The eye mask was my most desired item and it really changed the game. Compared to my old cheap, synthetic mask, it's lightweight, soft and breathable and I didn't wake up with puffy eyes like I used to. Can't talk about the pillow case yet because I still haven't tried it, but I'm pretty sure it can't be anything but a major upgrade.

Great satisfaction overall and what mattered the most was the amazing interaction I had with the team. Keep it up!

First product that I bought was the eye sleeping mask.. I can’t sleep without it now!! Then I got the eye patches and a scrunchie .. can’t do without them too! So I bought again the eye patches and another scrunchie.. I just love everything 😍😍!! And the boxes they send you with the products?? Fantastic!! I kept them all 🫢😃

Great customer service from Dore & Rose (in particular, Meys) - they kept me in the loop with each step of shipping even confirming delivery.
Love my silk sleep mask and scrunchie - luxurious yet lightweight and blocks out all light.
I would recommend Dore & Rose reconsider their Australian delivery partner (iMile) who’s tracking did not work and the courier did not ring my doorbell/knock, instead they left the item on my front step where it was visible and at risk of being taken by passers by. The only reason I didn’t rate D&R 5 stars is because of iMile.

I love everything from Dore&Rose (I have the pillow case, the deep sleep mask and their scrunchie). My skin got way better and my sleep improved tremendously (According to my Apple Watch it went from 40Min per night to over 1h per night). I can highly recommend their products!

I’ve ordered the sleep mask and the scrunchie and received prompt coms about the status of my order etc. After a few days I noted my order’s tracking wasn’t showing further updates so I got in touch. Not only did I receive a prompt update within few hours, once my order arrived the team also got in touch just to make sure all was well. Seriously impressed with the customer service - and my order too! Gorgeous soft silky eye mask and scrunchie which will make my long haul trip next week that little bit more pleasant 💚

My experience could be better if the shipping was faster. But everything else was amazing, like the packaging and the constant communication to your customers! Obviously the product is extraordinary, I ordered the silk large scrunchie and it’s the best!

When ordering the delivery was pre-order, 5 business days. After reading some reviews I got scared it might take a lot longer so when i saw the item was in stock I send an email to ask when it would be shipped. Before I got a response back my items were shipped followed by a super kind email responce. Customer service is great. I ordered two pillowcases, a deep sleep mask and a scrunchie and have been using them for two weeks now. I can see my skin is a lot calmer and less textured. I also havent had any major breakouts since. The sleep mask is wonderful, super soft and comfortable, my sleep has improved and in the morning my eyes look more rested and less puffy. Overall super happy with my purchase, highly recommend.

Love the silk pillowcase and scrunchie I ordered. They arrived super fast, in very elegant packaging; it really felt like I was opening a present! Honestly, best present to buy for yourself!
