Brilliant service
I had a problem with a glass shelf on a TV stand I bought in 2021.
The customer services manager Lorraine organised a replacement foc going above any usual response one might expect.
Very heartening.

This company supply retailers with a brand called Alphason. I wouldn’t recommend the purchase of this brand. I bought two Cabrini Aw22226-wh desks and the quality was shocking. The white plastic MDF wrapping was actually peeling away at the corner at various points on very nearly every component. The actual desk top itself had obviously been wrapped whilst there was dirt on the surface giving it a pimple type finish.
I emailed the above company and I was informed that their products go through quality control! Really!
