We were skeptical at first, ordering by phone only and having to give out our credit card number. However, everything went well and just as you said it would. It arrived on the schedule provided and we got a text saying it had been delivered! We opened it and let it 'grow' for over 6 hours. For a pullout couch mattress it is way better than the original. We are very pleased with the Dormeo topper mattress!

My back is much better, and the overall customer service experience was wonderful. From ordering online, pricing was exactly as expected, quality of the product was amazing. I would highly recommend and do it again. We probably will.

It covers the uneven old mattress but it is too hard for me I had to buy a down cover to make my mattress comfortable

To tell you the truth, I was skeptical on this product. It sounded too good to be true. All I can say is “WOW”. From day one, my back pain is almost completely gone. It is a lot of $ to spend for someone like me, but well worth it. Just hope the product had a long life.

So far no improvement in sleep or pain relief

Since I've received the Dormeo topper it keeps sliding on the left side that I sleep on !

Arrived quickly, wasn't curled up, no odor and definitely makes our bed more comfortable.

The mattress makes my bed very comfortable and I am sleeping so much better without any aches and pains when I wake up. I'm able to sleep better on my side now also.

Fantastic product that is worth every penny. It has all but eliminated my pain from our mattress. I sleep so well. If you're on the fence just give this a try as you have nothing to lose but pain and a terrible nights sleep.

This company advertises that they offer a full refund, inclusive of shipping, after a minimum trial period of 30 days and a return window of 100 days from the date of delivery. They advertise risk-free purchases. However, in the fine print, the full refund applies if you do not open the package or sleep on any product. If the product is used, then they will not accept a return. They require that you donate the item to a friend, family member, or charity. If donation isn't possible, then you have to provide proof that the item was submitted to a company that recycles. There is a $35 shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund and they will only refund 60% of the original price. I feel deceived and misled.

Easy ordering process and quick delivery. The foam and feather toppers that I tried prior to the Dormeo topper didn't workout for me. Thus, the trial period Dormeo offers gave me piece of mind ordering this topper. I wasn't sure I was going to like the Dormeo topper at first, but the trial period gave me ample time to decide if it was going to workout for me. I have decided to keep my Dormeo topper. It has given me a subtle comfort, and I feel a slight change of improvement with back aches when I get out of bed in the mornings.
