I purchased a pillow, and while it came fast and in great packaging, the actual pillow leaves something to be desired... it would be a pass for any future purchases for me.. my wife is passing on it too. .

This is my second Dormeo. I love the slightly firm topper feel of the Dormeo. Not too squishy and not too firm. So comfortable!

Time of delivery as expected. After a week or so, I decided I had made a good investment. Over the last couple years, I’ve spent more money on different mattress tops, only for them to not maintain their function. The Dormeo topper has lived up to the description. I now have barely hip and shoulder pain, not to mention my sleep is more restful. After a month, there has been no flattening or lack of shape. Plus they have a great return policy. Wish I would have spent the extra money earlier.

This topper solved my mattress problem perfectly. I didn’t want to buy a whole new mattress, and this was the affordable solution I hoped for. You proved me right—thank you!

Dormeo Customer Care has been one of the best customer focused services that I have had the pleasure to deal with.
Communication was immediately responsive and when the product did not fit for the expected use they guided me through the return details and refunded my money immediately. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and help. There was nothing wrong with the product - it was me who made the error and Customer Service could not have been better to work with. Thank you! I will happily continue to use Dormeo as the occasion comes up.

The Dormeo mattress topper is very comfortable. It’s easy on your back & hips! We’re sleeping great.

The product is great, just what I had hoped for. The company’s service is not so great-it pulled a little bait and switch on me: it had offered via an email an additional $25 off on top of the sales price on the premium mattress topper. I went into the website and put the topper in the cart which showed both the sales price and the additional $25. I did not complete the sale at that time. Two days later I received an email in the morning that said it had extended my $25 offer, then another email a little later that the sale would be coming to an end. I went in to complete the sale that night. The $25 offer had disappeared in my cart. Since it was Sunday night I would not be able to talk to an agent, and since the sale was coming to an end, I went ahead and completed the purchase but wrote an email to the Customer Service about the $25 extension I was supposed to receive. I got a response email that said that it was an either sales price or $25 off offer, not both. The fact that I had seen both in my cart earlier, that certainly was an excuse not to follow through. I have not pursued the matter further as I like the product, but certainly am not wild about the company.

Great product. Helps me sleep better.

The sales team were way to aggressive and we continue with back soreness in the morning. Also it has not been cooling as advised. We would not recommend this product.

You said that the mattress cover was cooling and breathing. Well, it is not at all. I'm just as hot laying down on top of the topper as I was laying down on my mattress. It is not as you advertised. I would like to send it back.

Got this for a gift and the person said "You will have to fight me to get it back"

I was always waking up with a bad back but no more ! I've been sleeping like a baby!

Purchase went smooth, however it being an RV topper it's now in the storage season and not yet used. Looking forward to next spring.

Overall, Dormeo has delivered a product that feels premium, performs consistently, and genuinely improves sleep. I’d recommend these pillows to anyone looking for both comfort and long-lasting support.

I have ordered one years ago. Now have second home in Florida ordered for this home
