I did not buy from this company. I always do a quick check in companies house if it's an unknown company and the company listed in the Terms of Business doesn't seem to be listed in the UK - NOVA SPARK GROUP LIMITED. Plus if you look at the terms of business the address is given as Hong Kong.

Even on there company website it says that they have over 4800 trustpilot reviews classed as excellent,DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ALL YOU GET IS FAUX LEATHER CHEAPLY MADE CR*P, STEER CLEAR. ALSO HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE 4800 TRUSTPILOT REVEIWS 5 STARS.IM VERY HAPPY I CHECKED TRUST PILOT .

Looks nothing like the £29.99 bag shown in the advert. I ordered brown and received black. Very thin and doesn't even smell like leather. Has taken weeks to arrive. Not happy.

do not buy! A complete scam. Bag fit for the bin - not even usable - a carrier bag would be better quality. Unbelievable how a company like this can get away with this. DO NOT BUY

My bag arrived today. Its cheap chinese import. It came from China, the retailer is YunExpress. They describe it as full-grain leather. It has not got the earthy smell of leather. The zips look fragile. Ordinary and cheap workmanship.
The website is a marketing scam, beautifully executed though. I swallowed story of a family business in Camden Town closing down. Even gave them 10 per cent extra. The fakers have got the talent!

This Website should be taken down. PLEASE!

The parcel has just arrived today,very excited as it was for a special 80th birthday.When I picked the parcel up,I could tell by the weight that something was not right.Bag was even in a zipped protector.No smell,cheap shoddy goods fit for the dustbin.I thought I had ordered a handbag but this is more like a shopping bag,awful colour,no smell,obviously plastic.Have investicated returns policy but you have to pay the postage and where does it land up.Fortunately this does not happen very often but it makes genuine traders lose out.Who can be trusted?

This is exactly the same as graces bags, they even have them on this site, stay clear of them, you think that they British but it comes from the far east.

Absolutely garbage ....stinky cheap bag arrived today ....I did try and cancel after realising I'd made a huge mistake....but they so no you'll love it .....so don't fall for this scam bag maker ....its made in China not quality.....not leather ....nothing like bag I'd ordered....wont tell my husband omg don't use them

I ordered a brown leather crossover bag and I received a crappy material pink bag. The material was rubbish and it was not even well made.
I contacted them and they wanted me to send a photo but it would not send?

Do not buy from this company!! I wish I’d have read reviews and checked their address out before ordering.
I ordered 17/8 and just received the bag after a few emails( they did actually reply). The bag is obviously not leather and looks as if it’s come off a cheap market stall. It smelt like fish so instead of throwing in dustbin I thought I’d put in washing machine and it did lose the smell almost, so I put in again and it didn’t shrink or lose colour as leather or a decent fabric would have done so that’s a positive!😂😂
On one of the emails I asked them why they wasn’t based in London as their website states and they replied that they are an online company not a shop🤔
They have now put their Hong Kong address on website details under contact then shipping policy and I personally can’t find the London address so they must have deleted it.
These people are disgusting, making and selling rubbish and using false pictures and claims. I really can’t believe I actually ordered before researching and I have learnt a big lesson not to be so gullible and actually believe that a £300 handbag would be reduced to £30!!

Really bad bags. Cheap as chips. No way does lovely Dorothy the photo on their website exist. These cheap imitations are made in the far east. It’s a sham and a scam.

If it looks too good to be true - check trustpilot! I recently bought some leather goods from a company known to me which I know for sure is closing. For a few minutes, I thought this was from same company, but price reductions were crazy. Came on here and sure enough, scam site. Shame because some of the bags photographed looked stunning!

The whole web page is fake. It leads you to believe they are a British quality company and that all the goods are made of leather when in fact the goods come from China. Their telephone number is false although they did return my emails. I purchased two bags, they did arrive thank goodness and after reading other reviews on this site found them to be better then I expected, although I do not think they are leather just a reasonable vinyl quality and the metalwork on them is very cheap. They are not worth the money I paid but feel it unwise to try to return them. Lesson learnt, if I cannot see reviews on their site then that is a red flag. The photos are AI and I was very angry at their deception. I cannot understand why the site has not been taken down they are crooks.

This is another scam website that offers handmade bag that are plastic. They weave a story of an older woman who is retiring and wants to sell off her inventory. It is a Chinese company that sends cheap knockoff stuff and if you want to return it you have to send it to China which costs as much as the original purchase. Don't be fooled. This website keeps popping up with different names but they are all from the same outfit. Beware

delivery took longer than usual; my e mails requesting an update were ignored. The bag did arrive eventually and was not the LEATHER model I had ordered. The item resembles what I ordered and is made of a good quality vinyl with one of the zips broken. I have retained the item, which may get some use in the dressing up box. I do not feel confident that I would be reimbursed if I returned it. Beware.

BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM
I reported this Company on 21 August 2025 to Camden Consumer Advice Centre helpline: 0808 223 113 after discovering they were quoting a fake address without a post code. I was hoping this company would be taken down swiftly.

Right, I’ve not actually purchased a bag but thought I would read reviews and research the website. Yes the story sounds very sweet and romantic and sad especially when the shop “burnt down” and later there’s a picture of the owner outside her “new shop”!! It’s not even the same person - she looks Asian and nothing like the alleged owner not even a younger version - who are they trying to fool. I’m so glad not to have fallen for what looks to be a complete SCAM!
Edit: actually it’s a different grey haired woman in all the photos on their advert but meant to be the same person - poor effort indeed🤣
Edit: Next day another ad popped up called good buy bags - final sale, another (different) grey haired woman appears called Catherine Blythe and hubby called Edward this time - Mathew last time. Anyway another sob story unfolds but this time not a fire but burst pipes destroy the business 🤷‍♀️. What is wrong with these people scamming folk making up sob stories - AVOID!!

Pity there’s no zero. It’s a scam, the address and phone number on the website don’t exist. BEWARE

There is no option to rate this company zero star. The bag I eventually received is cheap and definitely not leather and awful fish like smell coming from it. !! Made to believe UK based company, my bank statement shows Hong Kong. I have emailed the company and they have given me 2 options, return at my own expense and have not provided me with the return address. Keep the bag with a 10% discount. I wouldnt keep the bag with 100% discount. Dont be fooled by the website !!!

Came across add on internet. Prices too good to be true. Checked reviews and......yes.....too good to be true!!
