I ordered a TV unit and when it arrived, the packaging was a little bashed up.
I paid for someone to assemble the unit. It became apparent that some of the pieces were damaged. I immediately wrote to Dorpek. I thought I didnt hear back from them but their responses were going into my spam folder. Hakan, from Dorpek, took the initiative to message me via WhatsApp. He was able to resolve my issue to the end where I was happy with the results. Their customer service was top notch!
