I didn’t get my order as it is¡¡¡…
I didn’t get my order as it is¡¡¡ before only one day from the delivery, I received a call from the man of the warehouse he told me that one item from my order is not available and I have to choose another one with same price; so I asked this man why on your website this is not mentioned and my order is done without mentioning that¿ he replied that the item exists in the warehouse but with a defect so I chose another item that I’m not really in need. Second the delivery comes without packaging neither without a bag just I saw the delivery coming with the 4 items between his hands only and this was in my workplace(a bank). OMG🤦🏼♀️
