Despite waiting for 10 months now we have still not received our correct refund.
This company ruined and damaged many of our goods whilst in their storage unit, when the water got in through the roof and many of our possessions were mouldy and damaged.
We asked for compensation and they agreed to a small amount but we asked for more and they still haven't paid us or contacted us despite us threatening court action.
In their reply to my review they suggested that they would contact us but they didn't and 10 months has passed. We paid them in good faith to store our house contents for a year but a large proportion of our furniture and beds and bedding were ruined through water and mould damage. We want our money back.
