Great service - very professional & friendly driver. Meet & greet went very smoothly and even when my flight was delayed over an hour there was total flexibility and great communication. Thoroughly recommend.

We highly recommend this company and in particular Tom. He was punctual, polite and very helpful with an immaculate vehicle. Tom gave us a very smooth and comfortable drive to the airport. My husband mislaid a personal bag in Tom's car on our outward journey. We contacted the company on our return and they couldn't have been more helpful. They put us in touch with Tom who had kept our property safe and who then went to the trouble of returning it personally. Service above and beyond.

I have a wonderful experience with the company Dorset Chauffeur; The last one was On November 28th when I was driven from Poole to Heathrow by a very good guy_ a driver Tom Klima_a very polite, helpful personality, a big professional a very careful driver. It was the second time Tom served me and I am so satisfied with the service, with the car, which is always clean and comfortable. I didn`t even feel the distance or heavy traffic. Tom always tries to make your ride pleasant and comfortable. He is an exclusively kind person. I will always call Dorset Chauffeur while being in the UK because this company with its best drivers makes experience I had in this marvelous country even more unforgettable. Service_excellent! We have used Dorset Chauffeur twice this year for transfers to & from Bournemouth airport. They take away all the stresses - their fares are very reasonable, the booking process simple, we received regular communication & the drivers were punctual & polite. Would thoroughly recommend.

On time, helpful, smooth ride

We were driven to and from the airport by Jozsef. His driving was faultless, smooth and considerate of his passengers and other road users. He defined the difference between a chauffeur and a taxi driver providing an excellent all round service. Would happily book with Dorset Chauffeur again.

From the start to the finish of our journeys to and from Gatwick, from the inquiry stage to completion Dorset Chauffer kept us informed, confirming bookings and who would be our drivers along with contact details, chauffers were here to collect promptly, and collection from Gatwick on our return. They were polite, and helpful constantly, highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Bart was excellent. Flight was delayed, but that was no problem and we were met by a smiling Bart at Heathrow and whisked home in comfort.The car was immaculate and the whole process was great. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.
