Despite the reasons for having to do a driver awareness course, they are so good for keeping up to date and relearning forgotten rules and getting handy tips for better and more considerate driving. Well run, informative and wonderful to have the option to do online. 🙂

Didn't receive access to the course online (despite them having my correct email). No one responded to my several emails. No -one picked up the phone (despite being almost an hour on hold over 8 calls).
Happy to take my money but when there is an issue no-one is there to help.
