The loan officer didn’t seem honest
The loan officer didn’t seem honest. The experience went as though they were looking for things to deny me during our conversation. Odd thing is I was offered a 20,000 car loan a month prior in which I declined . .. I applied for a 3,000 personal loan and was denied.

The gentleman that helped me was very kind and although I wasn't able to open my checking account that day, it was because I was late on my car payment and he assured me that once I made that payment that we would be able to open the account with no problem. I have another appointment today to open the new account.

Extremely Satisfied Loan Applicant.
We were referred to Dort Federal by a friend for a personal loan and were very pleased with the process and service. Micayla made our loan application process effortless and was very personable. We were extremely impressed with DFCU's professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. I applied for a $2000 loan and was told…
I applied for a $2000 loan and was told that the best they would do is pay my rent and consumer bill for a total of $1300. The agent said that is all the lender would do. I've always paid my loans on time and been a member of this credit union for three years now. When I went to close on the loan the personal banker said I was approved for $2000 of bills to be paid. That's not what the lady told me before closing. I really felt like I was being treated as a irresponsible member to have them pay my bills and not just loan me the $2000.
