Please dont listen to the obvious scam 1 star reviews. This husband & wife team are amazing. I contacted Dan for info when they first started out. The reply came in minutes and so helpful. A UK based registered pharmacy for all your medical needs with the personal touch, Dose direct are Fantastic. Well done guys

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would!
My initial consultation was a video call and that set me right at ease, it was personal and I I felt the time taken to listen and support me was exactly what I needed.
Great service, always happy to answer any questions I have even if it’s not about the weight loss medication.
Personal care means a lot to me!
Keep up the good work Dan &Emma it’s a pleasure to be looked after by you both I even look forward to the monthly calls.

I moved to Dose Direct from another well known provider as I had no contact following purchase and when I emailed with a query, there was no real help.
So I am glad I moved to Dose Direct, Dan has been fantastic and so supportive, and when I email with a question it is answered by Emma very promptly. Having the follow up calls before ordering is also a great way of them helping us get the proper care and support we need with our weight loss journey

Found this company via a social media platform and Daniel and his team have ‘literally’ delivered month on month. I receive the personal interest not a genetic email, no pushy sales reminding me to order and my delivery is on my doorstep within 24hrs of my purchase and I’m glad I switched. Dan and Emma are just brilliant. I changed to DoseDirect for my weight loss journey from a larger well-known pharmacy because I followed the posts that Dan does online and it is very clear from these posts that they genuinely care about the personal service they provide. Emma is also lovely and helpful with any queries. After initial video consultation, follow up telephone calls are booked each month to discuss progress and to chat about any concerns or issues. If I have any questions or queries between calls I know I can call or email and they always respond. I cannot praise DoseDirect enough. I am not someone who submits reviews unless I feel I have, or am receiving great service from a company and DoseDirect are certainly providing this.

This company does not work outside the uk and it disturbs me to see "scam" reviews. This company has put up with me!!! I have stressed terribly with my medication and Dan has taken time out of his day to bring me off the ceiling. I CAN NOT RATE THIS PHARMACY HIGH ENOUGH AND THEY ARE MOST CERTAINLY NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!! But if they were, they deal only in pounds Sterling NOT euros so I have no idea what company people have been paying euros too because it is Not DoseDirect!!!

I swapped from a previous provider to dose direct and have zero regrets! I had a video call to go over some information and to check everything was okay, which makes the experience personal and tailored to your needs. They are reasonably priced and it's nice to support a smaller pharmacy. They are at hand to help with any concerns so I will be sticking with dose direct for the foreseeable future I highly recommend!
