I love the variety and pricing. I like the option for a monthly membership. But I do not like that your credit is only applied to the base price of the perfume. Tax and shipping is on you no matter how much store credit you have. And I feel like that is just a waste, which led me to canceling my membership.

Fragrances were so nice! I did end up making a return that ended up lost in the shuffle somewhere but they were very quick to look into it and process the refund when I reached out. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend.

I love dossier! I’ve used for years and tell all my friends. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my perfume. I’ve wore Amber saffron and citrus tea for years and everyone always talks about how good I smell all the time!!!! The pricing for the perfumes you get is amazing. Customer service is awesome - I had an issue on one of my orders and they fixed it!

Customer service was prompt and professional. They honoured their return/refund policy, even though it took several back and forth emails and some follow up on my part to make sure I got my full refund. This was because my order included a replacement that didn't show up on the original invoice.

Great idea of making these perfumes most are amazing scents, returns are hell you can only return by email then you won't get a fast reply after few days to a week, you finally get a shipping label.

Great customer service! There was a problem with my delivery as it wasn’t dropped off initially. Andrew at Dossier was very helpful in rectifying the situation and he made sure my shipment was dropped off the second time around. Great customer service, and of course, I love Dossier perfumes!

I ordered 4 products from Dossier (woody sandalwood, ambery saffron, ambery vanilla and gourmand orange blossom) on Friday and received them Monday morning! Unfortunately, one of the scents was doubled (2 ambery saffron) and so gourmand orange blossom was missing from the order. I contacted their customer service and they were friendly and eager to help. By Wednesday, I received a bottle of the gourmand orange blossom!
It was such a quick turn around and I couldn’t be happier with all the scents I’ve purchased! They smell beautiful and the longevity is impressive as I can still smell them even after a workout! I’m also super impressed with their customer service as they were so friendly and took only a day to send the right perfume.
Overall, a very positive experience and I will definitely shop there again and recommend their perfumes to my friends and family!

I opted for an exchanged but realized after I placed the new order I wasn't going to like the new items. Customer Service was able to escalate my exchange request before it had processed (because I still owed money). They were able to cancel the order I owed on, processed the items I wanted, and refunded the difference.

I had placed my first order and it unfortunately got lost during shipping. I emailed the company, and the customer service was phenomenal. After waiting 15 days, to make sure the order didnt surface somewhere, I was offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement, and it arrived in 3 days. It smells really good and I'm so glad I purchased it!

Have ordered from them for years and never had an issue. Placed an order for Christmas and we never opened it as we were out of town. One of the fragrances smelled old and rancid. Immediately called and sent them pictures of the brand new bottle. Nothing they could do as it had been over 15 days. I have tons of fragrances so I didn't think to try all 8 we got at one time, my mistake. Talking to a computer versus a real person is also very annoying.

My order from Dossier never arrived, so I contacted their customer service. I'm not sure if it was a new delivery service for them, but the Customer Service Rep was beyond helpful in reaching out to them. She put me in contact with them as well as looked into it. She went above & beyond & was fantastic. She offered to have it resent, and although nervous, the second time was the charm. I received my delivery which I attribute to her. Dossier was great! Thank you!
