Love their products, better than some of my more expensive scents. Just placed an order and input my address wrong. I emailed the Dossier team and they updated to my correct address less than 5 minutes later. Amazing product and amazing customer service!

The selection of fragrances covers a broad spectrum so there's something for everyone. It doesn't last as long as I'd like but, at the price point, it's hard to beat and easy to reapply. Some of their dupes are pretty spot on (powdery tobacco and powdery saffron, I'm looking at you). I think what I love most (and what is so rare these days) is their customer service. They take it back to the 1900s when customer service actually meant something, unlike now where you can send an email but it almost never gets answered. This team is super responsive. Keep up the great work and experience!

Extremely extremely hard to return ... Even if it is a day old purchase ( which was in my case).I received the item promptly however after smelling it, I completely hated it and immediately asked for a return via email. I have written 3 emails so far and the still have not responded ( other than this apology on trust piolet) Needless to say I will never order from them again and will be telling my friends about this company.

My address autofilled to my old residence instead of my new one. I emailed the help team right away and they were able to get my shipping address changed before my package was shipped. Thankful for the speedy response times!

Recieved a perfume bottle that had a defect, the spray mechanism detached and it was no longer useable. I contact support and within two days recieved a brand new replacement.

The customer service helped me with my issue in no time!Very fast very effective!

So, this order was a TikTok Live giveaway back in January. I never received it and contacted both Dossier and TikTok. There was a lot of back and forth about who's responsibility it was to replace the item. Dossier ultimately stepped up and I got my prize.
