Purchased 5 sale items for £80 in total. 3 jumpers, 1 cardi and 1 pair of trousers.
They were delivered 3 days later (on a Saturday)
I have since worn all items and absolutely over the moon with the quality of them and compliments I have received.

I received my new top today from Dot and Bill, the nymph cameo gingham summer blouse is beautiful and brilliant quality, can’t wait to wear it, thank you to Evie who helped me with sizing as I’m sometimes between sizes, it fits perfectly.

Received my byisole spot blouse on Saturday & it was beautiful packaged in recyclable paper which shows how much care goes into each customers purchase & saving the planet. The quality of the material it’s made of is excellent, super soft cotton & far better than other more expensive tops I’ve bought from other retailers. It was a great fit over my bust & skimmed over my fuller post lockdown body. Will definitely be buying from you again. Keep up the great work.

Two items ordered from Dot & Bill and both items are of an excellent quality. I brought a nail varnish to match the jumper purchased which sold out in the first few weeks. Beautiful selection of stock and I’ve got my eye on some of the new spring collection.

The best thing about shopping small is the customer service is often second to none because the business owners actually care if you return. Dot and Bill is a prime example of this.
I asked for advice on sizing and styling receiving a fast response along with the assurance that I could return if the item wasn’t a good fit. The item arrived quickly and fit beautifully, (not a shock I suppose when you consider that unlike mass clothing outlets, the owner actually knows the products, having hand selected and styled each piece seen for sale on the website) was such high quality and came in environmentally friendly packaging.
