Bought a 50€ giftcard in the beginning of the month of May 2024, waited till the 10th to recieve because it was for a friend's birthday, wrote to them emails, Instagram to them, their seem-to-be founder no answer just an automatic message to rate them so here I am, by the way I bought the art itself it looks great(I love it), tried calling their phone in germany, just a voice telling me to write so as a last resort before I contact the German Consumer Protection agency to write an official complaint I am writing this in hopes that someone's actually doing their job. They gave me a voucher and I bought a gift from them and I also got something for myself it was the entrepreneurs journey black square canvas and it has a spelling mistake in it

The team is very proffessional and helpful. The delivery came in very good packaging and the quality is super. I highly recommend DotcomCanvas as their artworks are really unique

My picture is beautiful and arrived well packaged and just as my order stated. Being a UK customer I was charged a further £102 import fees but this company fully refunded me this as well.

I ordered around a month ago, i have still not received my order of over £300.
I received a email saying my order has been delivered and never turned up.
i would not recommend i assume i’ve been scammed or my parcel has been lost but i have not received my order
