The DMA team and I had a great time at the Dotdigital Summit! The speakers were engaging, and the networking opportunities were fantastic. A massive well done to the Dotdigital team for their efforts and managing the event so well. Also a special mention to the food provided. The only negative was the smouldering heat (no fault of the team) but providing ice coffees throughout the day was a welcome addition to try and combat the heat.
I'd also like to thank Frank and Beth for including us in the event and working relentlessly behind the scenes to ensure the event was a success. Look forward to attending 2024!

Not only is the general user interface adaptive, but Wonho, our dedicated Customer Success Manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. As we meet with him biweekly, he's become an tremendous asset and resource to our team. Won often identifies integral consumer 'Segments' to utilize and ways to improve automations. We really can't thank him enough.

I recently attended the Dotdigtial summit and it was a brilliant day of networking and sharing best practice. The morning consisted of inspiring speakers and in the afternoon we were able to attend smaller talks most relevant to our areas of work. I learned so much from the day and left feeling optimistic about the opportunities of email and digital marketing in my current role. And the food was really good. Would highly recommend!

The platform is regularly enhanced and updated to keep up with market developments. Self-help documentation is extensive but when we need to speak with someone, professional help is readily available.
