Our experience with DotDigital has been fantastic. Our Customer Success Manager Ritesh has been attentive, helpful and quick to respond, as well as assisting with a seamless on-boarding process.
The platform itself has been a breath of fresh air. Responsive and intuitive email campaigns, easy-to-set-up automation programs, straightforward survey functionality, user-friendly contact management and segmentation as well as centralised analytics have allowed us to really level up our digital marketing.
Customer service has been prompt, connecting directly with DotDigital's deliverability and technical support teams to resolve any issues as well as exploring more products such as SMS marketing, custom domains, template creation, etc.

We've been customers of Dotdigital going on 7 years. The integration has been mostly flawless, and the technological offering to communicate with prospects and customers is fantastic.
We've been through 4 or 5 account managers, which is to be expected over that period of time.
Customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. It can take a bit of pushing when it comes to more complicated issues that arise to get the right folks to help you, but ultimately, every problem has been resolved.
