My Missus spent a few hundred quid on this muck ! I spent three days bent over the pan being sick, three days in bed feeling terrible ! And the quack who sold it to her and poisoned me said, "Sorry no refunds" Steer clear of this Muck ! It'll kill you !
I do not recommend
Their ordering website works very poorly. I have never seen such poorly organized, confusing, slow and buggy ecommerce website.
Commercial policies are made solely in the interest of the merchant.
Many products are unreasonably expensive.
A recent example: A new product of theirs containing fish oil and olive oil and costs many times more (~5) than if you bought these products separately from a top brand in Norway and respectively Greece, Italy or Spain.
EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Doterra has the absolute best customer service experience I”ve ever had with any company - and trust me, the list is LONG! Lisa Zimmer, one of the corporate account managers, has been there for me AT ALL TIMES - whether it be during weekdays or weekends. She’s answered questions and always addressed concerns over the past 4 years that I have been a Doterra customer. These people are exemplary when it comes to the customer experience :)
P.s. favorite oils are peppermint and the digestzen roll on (magic)

doTerra only wants to help its members. If you purchase a product via a third party vendor such as Amazon forget about the warranty. I have three doTerra diffusers sitting here not working. Will never buy the product again.

I have no idea what all the bad reviews are. I suspect that the rude comments about customer service might be because the people calling in are rude. Also yes they are owned by former LDS and so is young living oils. So what? If it was owned by Baptist would that make you feel better, or jews or ?? What the heck does that matter. Personally This is the only products that have curred my stomach issues. Customer service is excellent and of course you are not locked into anything and you get your own account to cancel your own loyalty orders if you choose this route, so whoever is checking out these bad comments, throw them. ALL out the window because its all hogwash. AND no I dont sell it i just buy it as its better then anything in a drugstore. You all go back to supporting the drug companies and I will support this company which is the only products that cure you.
Best MLM experience ever
The best customer service and I absolutely love the products. The recent addition of the wellness bundle and daily foundation products has changed my life. I will definitely be a customer for life.
Worst service
I never experienced such an unneficient, unhelpful, uncaring customer service that resolved nothing! Very dissapointed with it in Belgium. All I needed was an invoice with company details, they have the option to put the details in when you order, but then they changed the details. You only see this after you have payed and receive the invoice. When try to find out what happened- they tell you its not possible and bye! I spent a week trying to resolve this simple thing that every other company I ordered with offers as basic option with no problems. Just here they created unnecessary problem. Absolutely no logic here. And the issue is still not resolved. They cost me money and time plus stress of trying to get hold of them.

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience before. Ordered on 15th if January took two weeks for my order to arrive. I emailed them so many times.
Later they got back to me on 24th Jan saying that they are sorry for the delay and will give me a 25% refund.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Customer service are dezastrous, they don't know what they do and how to deal with customers. There are bigger pyramid they sell the products in different site like Oils Direct, they open account into your names and then use your account for them bonuses and privilege. I write the email to big management and unfortunately no answer. UK doTERRA dealer are crap, better to deal with someone from EU. I'm wondering if the owner of the company is aware of what happens. DoTERRA is a good products but someone like Uk site they drag them down.

Abysmal dealing with customer DIS service
Abysmal customer service. It took me 4 months many calls even more emails to change my surname due to marriage.
No one knew what was really required. You never got the same person reply to any communication I had to send my id and marriage cert 3 times I had to send forms more than once and then today they couldn’t find my driving licence
Thanks to Karmen Wonderli today it finally got resolved after yet another sending in of driving licence
So much training is needed here people of phones need to know what is required. not once was I called to help in the process. This should have been 1 email from me to do

This is the best essential oil in the world. The bad Reviews are from people who have been all their lives going to the doctor but who have been brought up using Fitoterapia ( plants ) and those who know that it is a very powerful product. I helped all my family to get out of synthetic medicine that was destroying their life. I am 52 years old and since 1 year when someone introduced this product to me, I don't take any more synthetic products. Instead of bad-mouthing the company I would recommend finding out more or studying a bit of aromatherapy and starting to use them in your daily life if you want to age with a better quality of life. Customer since 2016-here's what you need to know
I have been a doTerra customer since 2016. Some reviews here are very misguiding so I would like to clarify some aspects:
1. It is not a pyramid scheme. There is an actual product. If one sells the product, gets commission as per a compensation plan that is solid.
2. Loyalty order if set it means one wants to order each month. It's the same as any subscription out there. If a loyalty order is set with payment info and products in the cart of course that it will go out on the set date, it's basic knowdledge.
3. Loyalty order can be cancelled, online too. Some years ago it used to be possible only via calling customer service or email (and setting the payment method to bank transfer, which if never done, then nothing happens), but they upgraded the system. There is a button right there in the loyalty order template.
4. doTerra has always been extremely cautious with the claims on the benefits. In fact, so cautious that it's frustrating to explain how things work sometimes. That's why, it is very unfair to say that they make outrageous claims.
5. As far as how to use the oils is concerned, the end user can always take either doTerra's or a certified aromatherapist's advice. Yes some oils can be ingested in certain ways and in given situations for a given period of time for example. This mode of use is however restricted to some oils and yes only if very pure. It's 2024 with a booming oils industry which means competition and scrutiny. Third parties have been always involved and conclusions presented on doTerra oils' purity and potency.
6. Customer service has always been stellar. They do not control the payment. But they always helped in any rare occasions of such nature as well.
7. I tried more than a dozen brands along the years. I always come back. The potency is an important aspect. One can buy the 10 times cheaper (probably adulterated) oil as well, but will need to use 10 times the quantity for effects too.
I wholeheartedly recommend doTerra.
Behaving like better than docs
There is just so much pressure selling and over promising. Those wellness advocate behaved as though they are more knowledgeable than doctors. A very dangerous attitude to have and gave the impression that all illnesses can be resolved with their snake oil. My last product that I used was PB Restore. It promises to be great for the gut, after taking it on 3 different occasions, I had such terrible tummy discomfort and it lasted for the entire night on the 3 occasions!!!
