We are so happy with our wedding bands from Dot Jewellery! The rings themselves are beautiful and the quality is amazing—exactly what we wanted for our big day. Their customer service is a genuine 10/10; they were incredibly responsive via email throughout the whole process.

We actually made a mistake measuring our fingers (even though they kindly sent us a physical measurer in the post!), but they made the resizing process so easy and stress-free. They returned the resized rings to us so quickly! Also, a special mention for the packaging—the ring box they provided was so beautiful that we actually used it during our wedding ceremony. If you want high-quality rings and a team that truly cares about their customers, I can't recommend them enough!

I ordered a replacement 925 silver wedding band through Dot Jewellery recently. Sent Royal Mail 24 hr (tracked) - took a couple of days to dispatch, and they sent a free ring size tool in the post in the mean time. Super happy with the quality of the ring and the service, and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Don’t think I have ever spoken to a more condescending company. Cancelled my very cheap silver ring order. So sorry it wasn’t a high priced platinum ring order. I purchased silver rings to judge the sizes before buying my forever rings, ones that could be worn for work and not damage the high valve rings. It’s good that you’ve not spoken to anyone like me before. Makes my decision even more prudent.

After searching for a Platinum mens wedding ring only to be let down by high street jewellers as they could only supply a ring in my size at more than a thousand pounds more than their usual largest size i resorted to looking online and found dot jewellery. They took my order for a Z plus 3 size ring which I subsequently revised to Z plus 2 and the price was very competitive with the high street jeweller. I also had special requirements regarding delivery which they followed to a tee. The ring is great and the service I received was impeccable. I recommend them highly.

I visited many jewellery stores across the West Country in search for what I wanted to no avail , choice and helpful information were at best inadequate,
So I searched online and found Dot Jewellery , I then decided to take the two and a half drive over to Rhossili.
I am so pleased that I did , a fabulous selection of rings to choose from at very reasonable prices.
A family run business , Mother and Daughter were so helpful when I visited , tester rings in all sizes which they let me take away two of for a couple of days to make sure I was totally happy with my choices.

Having made my order for two rings in Z+ sizes , they arrived much quicker than any jewellery store that I had visited could offer.
I'm glad to say that they fitted perfectly , I couldn't be happier with them.
Will definitely be buying from Dot Jewellery again in the future , Highly Recommended.

We needed a ring that would fit my husband comfortably. His fingers are short so it's hard to find a nice comfortable wedding ring.
I came across this company on Google and saw that they did a comfort fit range. We ordered a silver one to try and it fits perfectly and he can now wear it daily and not be irritated by it. Thank you so much for the lovely ring and the sizing is spot on.

I received mine & my Fiancé's rings the other day.
I initially sent them back as my Fiancés ring was a bit tight and i wanted to change my engraving. This was done at a small cost, very efficiently and professionally.
They are now a great fit and i am happy with the service.

I have just received my order and am so delighted with a 22 ct gold wedding ring which has been beautifully made, polished and engraved for such a reasonable price. A great touch was receiving a ring sizer so that I was able to double check the size ordered. Great service, highly recommended

What a great service!! Really got me out of a sticky situation with my wedding band. After being let down by a company that offered a 4 weeks wait to then being 6 weeks and would have missed our wedding day. I ordered my new wedding band that had engraving on it Wednesday mid-day with a note added on saying it was urgent, i recieved a email within 20 mins confirming they understood the urgency. Ring has been delivered today friday mid-day. Cant thank you enough for getting us out of the trick situation. Highly recommend 👌

Ordered my fiancés wedding ring via the website but when it arrived it was two sizes too small due to the extra wide band. I contacted the seller and they reassured me they’d complete the resize in the tight timeline we had. They recieved the ring on the Tuesday and we recieved it back on Saturday the same week, 5 days before the wedding. The ring now fits perfectly. Thank you Dot Jewellery, would definitely recommend!

Just received my beautiful silver star patterned wedding ring. It's everything I hoped it would be, with a (shiny) polished finish it gleams. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Good quality product and sent by royal mail so knew when to expect it. 😀

Easy to use website, I was able to pick width,weight etc of my ring. Quick delivery, arrived in around 7 days. I was also sent a free ring gauge. Pleased with my wedding ring, goes well with my engagement ring. Can't wait to wear it.

I recently purchased a ring from DotJewellery, attracted by their competitive pricing and lovely designs. While the product itself was decent, I had to return it for personal reasons. Unfortunately, my experience with their refund process has been extremely disappointing.

It’s been 10 days since I returned the ring, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite following all the return instructions, paid for special delivery for the return and confirming that they received the item, there has been no update on my refund.

While I appreciate the affordability of their products, this lack of efficiency in handling refunds has left a very bad impression. A smooth and trustworthy return process is critical for online shopping, and unfortunately, DotJewellery has fallen short in this area.

Until they improve their refund process, I would hesitate to shop here again or recommend them to others. Competitive prices mean little if customers can’t rely on timely service.

Competitive pricing, fast delivery. Was impressed with the sizing guarantee and that we got sent a ring sizer out free of charge to check. Great for piece of mind. Very happy! Product seems great.
