Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service and horrendous work on printing the Skin for my Denon Prime GO+. The quality of the skin is very very very poor (Ink faded, bended lines, low quality ink.
This company now is refusing to refund me and demanding me to pay an extra €20 for shipping cost to send the skin back. They are thieves! AVOID AT ALL COST! Take your business somewhere else, at least where others can treat you with respect.
I will post photos soon on all social media to show the evidence. Claim case opened with PayPal now.

Never again!

It has been the second time that we bought a new skin for the DJ controller. This time it did not last a week until it came back off. The answer was, that the controller was carried in a DJ case and they would not take guarantee for that.

It didn't happen with the first skin and how is a DJ supposed to carry his equipment if not in a case, bag, etc??

Still thinking about that fact, as we are still waiting for an answer to our last email.

Next time we are spending this 100 € with someone else. Thanks for nothing!

Disappointing quality and service

I recently bought a skin from Doto Design only to find that the quality was rather poor:

1. Bad cut quality with freying edges
2. Vinyl peeling off the backing inside the packaging
3. Pieces did not fit as they should and had to be manually trimmed to fit correctly

When I conatcted them, I was asked for images so I forwarded what I had, only one or two and some defects before and during installation.

I was then asked for photos of the completed installation which I forwarded and mentioned that I had to make manual adjustments to make the product fit as it should have when it arrived and therefore problems encountered during the installation will not be visible.

The reply was ridiculously ignorant advising me that:

1. The warranty is voided because of the manual adjustments made (accepted but it wasnt a claim, it was feedback).
2. The final installation looks fine therefore the supplied product was correct - ignorant much? I couldnt believe the poor response from Angelo.

I think Angelo was under the impression that I imported this product for a client but it was for my own studio unit. There was no claim required but the feedback was rejected, asif I had lied about the issues even though the images were glaring indications of the product quality.

Apart from the above, the shipping was fast and the communication was reasonable.

The product installation was incredibly difficult taking almost two hours (should be 30 minutes tops) because you cannot align the skin without the vinly adhering to the surface making it stick. I made a suggestion in this regard to help with easier installation but this was rejected.

I can deal with the fact that there can be issues but if there is refusal to accept feedback from a client, someone that paid for the product and physically installed it himeself, then there is somerthing wrong with the company culture.

Please consider alternate guys for a better experience

Bad Support! No High-Quality Skin!

I ordered a denon prime 4 plus skin. The skin was not a high-quality product for me, and there were several defects that didn’t fit properly. I managed to adjust everything somehow, but what I find really bad is the customer service. They simply ignore emails, whether in English or Italian. I was already issued an incorrect invoice and only requested a correction. But apparently, they don’t take customers seriously. For me, never again with this company. Save yourself the trouble – if there’s an issue, no one will take care of it!

Be careful buying from this company!!
1, I got my package 10 days late even tho they charge for express but they blamed it on the shipment company!
2, And now they don’t want to return any money for the issue.
3, Last thing they did was gave my package to someone that’s not even my signature! Very unprofessional!! Will not use again!!
