We were looking for a way to professionalize our social media without hiring more staff. DotSimple solved this in two ways: content creation and campaign planning.
First, AI BrandPost. Instead of generic suggestions, it generates post that feel brand-appropriate from the start. We often keep the suggested caption as is, and only make small tweaks to visuals. The consistency has saved us from "off-brand" posts that slipped through before.
Second, the Kanban board. Every campaign starts as a card, with deadlines, files, and responsibilities attached. Moving cards across stages gives us clarity, and everyone instantly sees what's next. We no longer use spreadsheets or chat threads to coordinate.
