Staff Member, Josh was amazing and efficient enough to send me an extra notification email to let me know that my items had arrived would arrive with me soon 😍 it’s not every day that I see evidence of a hardworking and dedicated staff member from a business who is willing to go that extra mile to provide quality customer service. As someone with anxiety I cannot tell you how much this gesture put me more at ease with my order.

I highly recommend double boxed toys to fans of all fandoms and I’m sure I shall definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

For a mystery box it's not a mystery to the person who has packed it as not one item individually concealed. From experience with other companies who have either wrapped in Xmas wrapping paper or in brown boxes then put in another box. Doubtful I will order again. No padding in box so not sure if damage already there or was there before.

Been ace orderd a grail of a loungefly to me and they have kept me updated since gwt go thanks to josh who has been making sure all is in order from start to finish can't wait for the post to arrive!

Emailed and dealt with someone called Josh. Requested some exclusive target items of the squish variety and he managed to find almost all. I ordered them and he sent them special delivery once he had them and let me know they were coming...and they came the next day! Very happy!
