Scam site

Three times, recently, the game has changed my bet to an extreme amount and I believe it is designed to get me to purchase more chips! Here is an example: This morning, I had 18 million chips to play on. I like to play five hand deuces wild. I normally will bet 37,500 plus the bonus bet which is another 37,500 for a total of 75000 per hand. I had to step away from the game for about 3-5 minutes. When I started up again I didn't notice that the game had changed my bet to a total of 15 million! I NEVER WOULD BET THIS HIGH and this is the third time it has happened recently. I have been dumb enough to buy chips many times over the years - but NOT ANYMORE! I hope that others see this review and think carefully before buying into your games! Jus call me a very unsatisfied former customer...

I have been playing double down casinos…

I have been playing double down casinos since they opened several years ago to the public. What I have found is that the bonus games are crap. You sell them win anything. And I have noticed lately how some of the games, when played are skipping, which means they are fixed. When I try to leave a summation of my rating of one star, it was not accepted therefore I could not leave a rating. I have invested over $200,000 since the beginning of double down casinos. Wasn’t worth one dollar!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. The casino games are deep off. The max bet buttons are next to spin buttons.ask if they would refund chips , they told me no. 210 million chips lost in one accidental bet. Looking for new game provider to play. I spen on average 20 dollars a week and get this poor service

My favorite games to play for many years! But now adays all I do is buy chips and spin games that use them all up in less than 10 minutes of play. Very GREEDY!! biz. If you haven't tried the site yet I would suggest you keep your money, AVOID IT!!, and move on!

New changes makes purchases and play…

New changes makes purchases and play questionable. Collecting cards, starting get repeat cards after only collecting 9 of 120 cards. Sometimes I get the same card several times in one session. Seems silly to be collecting cards that repeatedly give the same cards. Purchases come with a daily free spin. If I purchase more than one time in a day I don’t get the reset for the new purchase and after the second to last update the app no longer shows how many days you have free daily spins, the same goes for the pop up that comes up not once but twice for $19.99 and the weekly bonus play. I can go weeks playing the same game with zero wins, zero bonus rounds, and getting bonus rounds that don’t produce any winnings. For example “Moosterious Fortune” collected the red green and blue characters for three weeks regardless of bet size. Zero winning spins over $200k regardless of amount bet even with a large game play purchase. Being told the game is working as it should with weeks of game play on the same game with no winning spins, bonus rounds and if there is a bonus round there is no winnings won during the bonus round. The game menu has changed as well less games and the app now automatically directs player to “Hot Slots” which are games that never have large payouts or bonus rounds. I have been playing double down for over ten years and there are months in a row where game play even with a large token purchase produces no winnings. Now I am questioning that I am
Actually getting the bonuses associated with a purchase for the time advertised on the purchase screen especially when making multiple purchases within 24-73 hours of each other.

You might win a few games on Blackjack…

You might win a few games on Blackjack but then the game ensures you consistently lose. I had 35 million and lost it within 6 games, Even on the slots, you might win for a short time but then the loss rate becomes consistent. Definitely a questionable site that should be reviewed by the authorities that govern these sites

I bought chips in the past and one…

I bought chips in the past and one particular time I lost on every single spin. When I complained to them, their response was I didn’t buy the more expensive package. Had I, I would’ve had a better chance at winning. I also find they seem to remove the ability to get bonus rounds, usually when they are “promoting” a sale of chips. I heard the site was sold to another company and since then I find that you are more likely to go through 20,30 or even 40 spins in a row with no winning spins. It never used to be like that. So if they can rig the games to give even less winning spins then it is possible for them to periodically remove all possible spins where a bonus is awarded. If they bought the game to make a profit then they should’ve bought a real casino site not one that is supposed to be free.

I have played thus game for years

I have played thus game for years, and have spent thousands of dollars, literally, since I have stopped buying chips I consistently get the same bonus daily, from a big wheel that has many amounts on it but 98% of the time i get 125k, which gives me 4 spins at 100,000 each spin and I cant win nothing. I collect all my bonus through my email,Facebook and Instagram, and still win nothing. So when I give in and go buy and get a second spin I still get 125k or 200k. Its so very frustrating that they dont give a crap about there.players. my status is at the highest level on.here and it means nothing. Worse game ever.

Been playing for years

Been playing for years , never had a problem , now for the past half year, the spinning has gotten ridiculous. especially for the amount of money I have purchased over the years, now every game takes me to 100 spins with zero bonuses, it happens over and over, my first 5 years here I might 100 spins once in a blue moon on 1 game in a month, now they just take the money with zero playback, site has become awful.

Not to spend real money

Just spun 2Billion coins at 20M a go.No matter what slot I played all the bonuses, scatters had been turned off-I never got one. The wins were always after 7-11 spins and I was getting 800ks back.Wrote to DDC who said the slots are playing as they should. I NEVER got once past my initial bid. So DDC have admitted to me it is rigged. Removed app

Fun game but owners of the app are greedy and all they want is your money. Rarely get a good win and they take it all back when in minutes. Oh and free spins at a joke as well. They don’t care about their customers so I’m done with these greedy people.

Too many losing spins in a row

I have been playing since they used to advertise “ 97% payouts”… that was never true. Now it has gotten even worse. In the beginning you may have on occasion hit a dozen losing spins in a row but more times it was maybe 5 or 6 in a row. Now it’s normal to lose anywhere from 20 to 30 spins in a row and at least my experience with these specific slots balloon fever, poison apple and the one with the puppies, it seems 50 or more losing spins in a row is likely. I find it hard to believe that games themselves evolved into more losing spins in a row than before. I also hate the “ buy chips” harassing pop up ads… it’s like ya I know I only have enough chips left to spin a few more times but I’m not going to pay real money for fake chips. You are not Las Vegas DoubleDown casino. So stop acting like you are.

it sucks

it sucks, you get a bonus and it gives you 12,000,000 and i am betting 4.8 million.. its 4 times in a row, the highest i received was 44,000,000 .. you think if you get a bonus you would win something.. the game i like to play is wild honey, and if it gives you 3 in a row it always misses the coins, it could give you 5 symbols in a row and it will go between the bonus coins.. its fixed to make you loose.. i can never get any higher.. it always takes it back.. don't waste any money on Doubledown casino.. been playing for 15 years and never win...
