Helpful customer service, even gave free pins and stickers for a gift when I asked! The bags are beautiful and really good quality. They are also waterproof and protected my tech very well. Relatively fast shipping and the tracking on the shop app was great.

Very fast shipping to Canada! The bag is perfect in every way, lots of compartment organization. The water bottle area fits my Yeti Rambler!

We were contacted by e-mail about one item not in stock. They quickly swapped and posted out with tracking to Germany. Totally efficient and responsive Customer Support. Thank you!

Easy website to use.
Rucksack arrived on time and is delightful!

Placed order then waited for delivery info to come through. Emailed them for an update after a week, but no reply. 2 weeks later still nothing so rang their office number and was told that the bag might or might not be in stock and someone would check that day and call me back, they didn’t. Another week passed during which I had great difficulty getting through on the number again, trying on various days and times. Eventually got through 3 weeks and 1 day after original order date - my bag was at the warehouse but still hadn’t been dispatched. They contacted the warehouse and it was dispatched that day, I received it the next. Love the bag, but shouldn’t have to spend time trying to get it delivered.

Delivery was super quick, and I love the backpack! Could not recommend enough.

cool bag and nicely made, high quality at a low price. i use it for nursing school so the compartments are really handy to keep things organised for me. Would not recommend it if you need to carry a lot of bulky items as the bag is medium sized but works great for me :)

The first order got lost in shipping, but after a few e-mails (which took some days to be answered), a second order was shipped really fast to compensate for the delay.
Customer service response time could be improved, but the quality is great! Love my Macaroon!

Easy to order and great product. It'd be good to have more pictures in the website of the insides of the bags. That's my only suggestion for improvement. I'd certainly use again

My whole experience with Doughnut was brilliant from start to finish. I had some questions about being able to return the bag if I paid using student discount (I was worried my laptop wouldn't fit) and messaged them on Instagram, and they replied almost instantly. Once I actually received the bag (which only took around 2 days), it's amazing quality and compared to other similar styles it's a brilliant price (especially with the student discount) and is much sturdier and practical with all the little pockets. I've used it everyday since it arrived and it will now be my favourite bag! I also love the colour choices they have and the material is completely waterproof which is amazing. Can't go wrong! :)

I am giving you a bad review as, what seemed like a failed order went through, and we were charged twice, I have tried to make contact and have thus far been ignored!!!!

I ordered a bag and the order never received it! I have tried ordering a bag from the official website about 4 times now and every time after the payment goes through an error message appeared saying that my address does not match my zip code. This is ridiculous as I have tried ordering it with two different addresses and still has not worked. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a backbag from the official website a month and half ago and never received it! I also paid for next day delivery. Waited a week for an update from their side (heard nothing) and emailed them twice, they replied after few days saying that the colour I have chosen and paid for is no longer available and asked if I can choose a different one. I emailed them back with a new colour I would like to receive, they promised to send it on next Monday. On Monday I didn't receive any email update, waited another week and emailed them again asking about my order. They said that they don't know what happened and they will try to find out. I emailed them like 5 times and never heard back. I lost my money and haven't received the backpack. Avoid ordering from official website!

bit bigger than i expected but i love all the hidden pockets

I was very impressed with the quality of the bag I ordered however it wasn't fit for the purpose we had in mind. It arrived really quickly.

However I asked for a Return Label..........but didn't hear for almost a week. I did receive an apology but for such an expensive bag I really wanted to get it back to the company as soon as possible.

I had to chase the return twice.

I have never received the bag. Contacted them multiple times and they stopped replying after replying once. .Customer service is nonexistent.

Really fast delivery, arrived one day after I ordered! Quality of the bag is lovely and sturdy, very pleased with my purchase and will definitely order from Doughnut Bags again.
