Disgusting delivery and customer service

Disgusting delivery and customer service.
During all my experience with this shop I had problems: delivery is never on time, if I have any order problem it was never solved. Customer service is careless and writing in form like they put themselves higher than customer.
But still why I continue to order there, is because there is no alternative in Latvia. I’m sure it’s the reason of this disrespectful attitude and behaviour to customers.
If you don’t care when and if you’ll receive the order it’s not bad shop, because they have big variety of products.
But I swear the service is the worst what I experienced during all my online shopping experience.
