Douglas recently photographed our wedding at Falkland Palace and the reception at Old Manor Hotel. The photos were wonderful, and there were many of them to choose from. At times, Douglas was like a ninja, nimbly moving position to ensure he captured all the magical moments. Guests commented on how lovely a person Douglas was, and he definitely made them all feel at ease, which contributed significantly to the success of the day. From first meeting Douglas to right through the day Douglas was professional, friendly and made every single guest feel at ease. He was a pleasure to have as part of the most important day of our lives.
After receiving our gallery the photos are just what we had asked for and all special pictures we asked for where there as well as some great natural photos. Every minute of the day is documented in photos that brings you back to that special day.

Douglas is outstanding, he went above and beyond for myself and Craig for our wedding day ! After it being cancelled numerous times due to Covid , he kept with us and moved as we needed to! On my day he was so calm and professional he kept me calm , made me laugh and just in general kept my nerves away. We had a smaller wedding but wow the pictures he took were amazing. I am so happy we choose Douglas as our photographer and have the memories to cherish forever. Thank you Douglas.

Douglas was such a great photographer at our wedding in April 2022. He was professional and friendly on the day. His pre wedding communication was great and we felt at ease with him around during our special day. We can't recommend Douglas enough he's provided us with SO MANY amazing photographs which capture our day perfectly and they are memories which will be cherished for years to come. Very very happy with the package we choose which included a USB of our images and the price is very affordable.

Douglas covered every angle from start to finish so much so I want every photo he has taken. Made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable getting pictures taken. There are even pictures I don’t remember him taking but when looking through them he brought back the memory. I would highly recommend Douglas for your photographer for your wedding or any special event that you want to capture every moment.

Douglas was our photographer for our wedding on 10/09/2021 and he was fantastic! From the minute he arrived for bridal prep to when he finished after the first few dances he was brilliant, he went above and beyond from popping champagne to removing my earring (so I could get my wedding earrings in 🤣). He was so professional whilst keeping everyone at ease and making everyone laugh. We got our pictures about 3 weeks after our wedding (which I thought was amazing service with the amount of pictures Douglas took and we received) and they are lovely. My request to Douglas was "we aren't a posey couple so would like more in the moment pictures than all posey, with the exception of the traditional posed pictures" and he captured this perfectly, we absolutely love our pictures!
I highly recommend Douglas for anyone's wedding photographer 😊.

Well what can we say except ...Thank you so much. We wanted a photographer who would capture us as who we are and not have to many staged photos. We also wanted a photographer who would allow us to be our crazy selves within our photos. You allowed us to be ourselves and encourage our crazy side with the props we wanted to use. You where very professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was to big an ask, you kept in regular contact with us and checked in to make sure everything was still the same or if we had any more crazy ideas. We honestly can not thank you enough. Our photos have turned out absolutely fantastic. We will be recommending you to all of our friends and family.

Douglas is a fantastic photographer. We were very lucky to get him,as our wedding was rescheduled due to Covid. Douglas reassured us he would make himself available for our next date. Douglas was very professional and nothing was too much bother. He went above and beyond for us, even delivered the grooms gift for me. Our guests all commented how nice he was even adding a little bit of humour in to put us all at ease.

Highly recommend Douglas as your wedding photographer, makes you feel at ease on your special day and is always having a laugh with yourselves and guests (even had the mother in law laughing). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone to take pics of their special day
