I’m a London-based doula offering antenatal, birth and postnatal care — in person across London and online for families further afield. My style is calm and spacious, pairing practical know-how with therapeutic, hypnotherapy-informed tools so you can breathe, choose and move through birth and early parenthood with confidence. From our first conversation, we co-create a plan that reflects your preferences, medical context and hopes for the season ahead. As birth nears, I’m on call to provide grounded presence and advocacy; afterwards, I remain alongside you in the tender early weeks — supporting feeding, recovery, rest and the gentle weaving of a new family rhythm. When stories feel heavy, I offer reflective debriefs and simple mindset practices to help you integrate your experience and feel more resourced. I keep a small caseload to honour depth over volume, and I welcome all families and paths to parenthood.
