Warped Light Fixture from Dounia Home

We were really excited to purchase a light fixture for a project. Unfortunately we received a damaged fixture - it was warped and had rust. Dounia Home sent us a replacement but the second was also warped. At this point, we were frustrated and didn't want to keep the light fixture. This was relayed to the Dounia Home team but we were told that the damage is not that bad and it can be fixed by an electrician. I don't know any electrician that performs metal-work. We were offered $200 which was insufficient for the trouble we have gone through to get it fixed. I still haven't received the $200 refund and it has been about 6 months.... I would never recommend purchasing from Dounia Home.
